We've been busy looking at space saving solutions in the Muscle Mechanix private studio.
We've now added some pegs to the squat rack and bench which means we've been able to get rid of the weight trees, giving us more floor space.
... We've got rid of the old accessory box and hung them from the wall.
We have an additional Olympic bar rack so now they are all nicely hanging out together!
And we've finally got round to hanging the whiteboard!!
All small improvements that make a big difference!

Monday Motivation 💯

Today marked the end of the Muscle Mechanix 6 week programme to get you into exercise and to help you start to make healthier food choices.
Out of LOAAAAAADS of applicants for the programme, only one showed up and has absolutely embraced the change despite having a hectic lifestyle, looking after her baby daughter with special needs and having a partner who works away a lot.
Cooking for herself hasn't been easy and she has pushed through the daily home workouts I have set h...er as well as her weekly one to one sessions with me.
In 6 weeks she has lost an amazing 8.5 inches and 3kgs in weight. Her body fat has dropped and her muscle mass has increased along with her strength and determination.
