Craig Nicholas Tate, whilst studying for a BA Honours in Fashion and Textile in London established https://www. NicholasDeakins.com in 1991. An initial collection of only four styles was then made in England by W. J Brookes to exploit a niche in the market, and the brand quickly became a favourite of the clubs and terraces, earning a loyal and dedicated fashion savvy following.
Over the past twenty years, there has been further progression into key trends, whilst retaining core ideals and desirability. bought some patrol boots last night whilst 25% discount was on .. all order went through and recieved a phone this morning saying that they'd been a mistake and there don't have the size I ordered!! couldn't tell me if they would be getting more in stock which shocks me to say it's from Nicholas deakins shop themselfs... this is not the only time it as happened.. I have noticed that other stockist online also have way more stock than the ND shop �
yh so now I've missed out on the 25% off those boots and gotta wait for the money to go back into my bank which will easily take a few days!
no kind of voucher or summat offered for this problem either !
Today at approximately 17:00 my friend and I went to your bore lane store as I wanted to purchase a jacket and shoes and maybe a top. But when I asked the lady for a size she went and got it, gave me the shoe and walked away and continued talking to other staff members and looking out the window instead of asking and helping the customer. They looked bored and not wanting to be in store.
I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged when I entered! Their was only and mother and son and two other staff members stood around. The other customers even said they shalt be returning.
I was so embarrassed and shocked as I go to this store and online
And shall be taking my business elsewhere.
Online service is terrible, you buy a item of clothing, then I was told they don’t have it in stock after purchase, then they try to offer me a coat that is cheaper then the one i purchased �
No concern at all, very disappointing, will not be buying from this company again �
