It's clear that all the bad reviews are from the technicians that used the older product. I've only ever been trained in the new one and I can honestly say the product is amazing- I don't understand what's wrong with it.



My clients love it and I love it. My business has grown from it and I can't thank you enough.

It's easy for me to say this as I never used the older product but I would 100% recommend the training.



Don't be put off by the bad reviews as you wouldn't know the difference anyways been newly trained �

I've been using the NEW product for LVL lash lift and I think it's amazing and more importantly so does my clients, when using the serum after their lash lift my clients are telling me their lift is lasting longer, and when returning for their next lash lift their lifts are still showing, my pictures says it all on my page "Bella Beauty" just do what the new timings say and the results speak for its self, I love LVL thanks Nouveau lashes the change are by far better x

I have seen so many bad reviews recently, so many so that it nearly put me off going on my training!



But id just like to say the training I received was amazing, Gemma my trainer was brilliant, she was lovely and very supportive.



Iv been trained in LVL over a month now and have done quite a few treatments since being back in the salon. And I have to say that I have had nothing but great results, great lifts every time! I have honestly been so pleased with my results so far. And I'm well on my way to making back the money I spent on training.



I can only speak for my personal experiences but I would urge anyone that's thinking of going on the training to go in with an open mind and try not to let the bad reviews blur your vision (which I was guilty of)

I did the Extend course today in South Elmsall with Gemma and absolutely loved it! She was so knowledgeable and patient with everyone and she was so welcoming and friendly. I feel like I learnt so much today! Thankyou to Gemma xxx

Having read some of the reviews on here I began to regret booking my training last year, but I’m so glad I trained with Nouveau. I’m getting amazing results with LVL and also do extend and express. :)

First Class training from start to finish!



From my initial enquiry which was responded to by Simon within 24 hours to my last training day I could not have asked for more. I had high expectations and Nouveau delivered.



Today I did the LVL course in London and Julie was my trainer. Julie was AMAZING.... extremely knowledgable about the brand and products and her training style was very personable.

Did my training today with Hannah & Jess as the trainers. Absolutely loved every minute of it, honestly one of the best training courses I’ve been on due to trainers being lovely and so approachable, knowledgeable & fun. Can’t wait to get going with the extend lashes � �

I trained in the Lash Extend and LVL last year and really enjoyed my training. I love the products and hear nothing but good things from my clients.

Every time I have emailed with an issue I am having Nouveau have been very helpful and responded quickly.

The only thing I would say is shortly after my Extend training the branding changed so now I am left with a load of promotional material and coating sealants that I can not sell as they no longer do them. I spent a lot of money on kit so am a little disappointed.

used to LOVE lvl until this new formula! i was just searching on here to see if anybody has been having the same problem as me (not lifting correctly since formula changed) and glad to see it isn’t just me! so disappointed and ultimately costing me money to use products but not charging clients because lashes aren’t lifting! also new NOTHING about new timings?! i am going to look elsewhere for a lash lifting system as i just can’t justify this anymore. Nouveau, i have recently ordered a set of 15, where i’ve used 2/3. i would like a refund as i am so disappointed with the product. also everytime i order online through nouveau my card gets cloned!

We have had the lashes for a while now. We bought the magnifying glasses, but after around 15 sets of lashes they kept falling down. I contacted lvl who refused to replace them because they were not covered under their warranty. I even sent a letter but had no response. In all other areas i am happy, but i am disappointed they would not replace something that failed so soon after purchase.

Used to love LVL but since they’ve changed the formula my lashes refuse to curl. Why did such an amazing product have to be changed? Clearly there’s a problem and the sooner LVL revert back to the old formula the better it will be for all!



Do any therapists beaded in or around Sheffield use the old formula? If so let me know and I’ll book in.

So disappointed in the lvl product. I wish they put as much effort into improving their product as they have done in their customer service script ( complaints department) ! When complaining you get a rehearsed answer to try and deflect from the fact that it is not effective like it was previously. They insult you by questioning your technique ( the one you've used successfully until THEY changed the product ). I have re done 3 treatments this week with no results or very weak ones following times and technique with complete precision. I have clients to cancel before Xmas as I will not be using this product again.

I trained in LVL 7 or so years ago and lived the products and results. The recipe has changed and apparently so did the training and the name but Nouveau never bothered to contact who they had trained to advise us of the change in processing time which has resulted in unhappy clients costing me a fortune in refund. I will drop the LVL brand as they are now just money grabbing and provide poor service and product.

I purchased a lash remover and the size is not advertised I can now see why ,

2ml of remover for £10 I can remove one set of eyelashes for that and that is quite frankly ridiculous.

5-7ml would be a normal amount , is it even legal to sell a product with out the size included ? False advertisement and misleading product information. Glad I just bought the one and not invested in any other product from you, it would cost me more to do the set of lashes than it would for a client to purchase.

I have experienced very bad customer service today. I wanted to order more number 3 sachets which is the serum and was told I could only buy all three boxes together however, I already have plenty of 1 & 2. This would mean I would always have more. I was told there was nothing they could do for me so this leaves me with 12 treatments I cannot use. I’m extremely disappointed as I am a loyal customer.

I have done training with them aprox 2 yrs ago, have not received my certificate yet, asked for several times -I was ignored!! Also I not able to log in to my account anymore it says I am not active!! I have done so many orders with them, paid for training , and get nothing?? Truly unprofessional ,rude customer service, rude staff!! If you want to keep loosing your permanent clients, keep doing this, you are doing really well!!! Good luck! Waste of money�����

I have been trained in lvl for approx 5-6 years and have absolutely loved the product, since the treatment has been changed (not for the better) I have had nothing but complaints, temporarily I have taken the treatment off my treatment list as I can't afford to have a bad reputation, after speaking to customer service they were helpful have sent me more treatments and guidelines and I am going on a training day in pontefract to try to see what I am doing wrong, however this is a day out of work and 160 mile round trip for me and I am tempted to cut my losses and look for another product on the market after seeing all the other negative reviews on this page, nouveau really need to do something about this and Instill faith back in the product! It won't be long before trading standards are involved as this product is clearly not fit for purpose!

I have been trained in LVL lash lift for several years and after reading the other reviews I'm glad it's not just me that thinks the change has completely failed! The old style was fab, I had great results and returning customers. To say I'm disappointed with the new product is an understatement!! Also really annoyed that after using the new product for a few months, I then receive a booklet saying new treatment times!!! This might have been helpful when receiving the new formula!! I'd like to say it's something I'll remove from my treatment list, but I only do LVL lashes and HD brows! I think I'll ditch what I've got and try the Salon System solutions, let's face it, can't be any worse than what I'm using now!

Since I've been using the new blister packs I have had so many negative reviews and have even had to do treatments a second time for a very discounted price. Needless to say the outcome was still rubbish. The old products were so much better why Try and change something that was already incredible.
