WeŌĆÖre a group of regulars at Oporto. Great bar, good people and good music, rarely any trouble. However on our last visit, there was a gentleman who groped me, and a couple of my friends there after. I approached the man myself told the man to not touch me ever again, and went to alert the bouncers on the door. The bouncers were excellent and removed the man from the premises swiftly and promptly. Thanks so much to the bouncers with their attitude that sexual assault will not be tolerated.

LOVED LAST NIGHT! The music was outstanding, the bar staff were wild and we were able to celebrate our friends birthday as a large group care free! THANKS!

By far the best bar on Call Lane. Amazing music and always a fun atmosphere!

Best watering hole this side of the Atlantic (I've never even been to America but I thought that sounded quite cool) Doorman are all great guys and the one guy I spoke to, Dave I think his name is, has an ass to die for!! ’┐Į Only negative I would have to add is that I went home with one of the bartenders (think he was called Jon) and he played me Tiny Dancer on his ukulele which was magical but then he slept with me and when he came he shouted at the top of his voice 'VICTORY!' Pretty sure he then pissed the bed in his sleep but in the morning he blamed me and then kicked me out and told me he was keeping my knickers as a trophy! Music on point!

Best bar in Leeds hands down, quality staff and tunes! If your out on the town or just out for the day this is a must visit!

Small, but perfectly formed. A great venue for live music (often free) with a wide variety of acts - groups & solos - all of which are terrific performers. Some real musical gems can be heard here with some covers but mostly originals written by the artists themselves. A small stage (big enough for most bands) and a good sound system complete the package. Drinks prices ain't cheap - but this is to be expected in a city centre bar with their overheads - and the variety of drinks suits all tastes. Good atmosphere; great music; what's not to like!

It's a sorry state of affairs when a bar you frequented as a youngster that's got nobody at all in turns you away as it's mixed couples only... lesbians of Leeds go kill the homophobic little c*&ts!!! Apart from that great night peace everyone x

I wish I could give 0 stars. The bouncer was the roundest man I have ever met. He smashed a homeless man to the floor and left him with head injuryŌĆÖs. Naturally we called him an ambulance. Upon realising who the victim was (a very dangerous man), we left the situation. However, the bouncer felt the need to bar us from all other bars down call lane even after explaining to him we understood the situation and left it alone afterwords. He was more interested on ŌĆ£the pointsŌĆØ that was then left on the venue after having to call an ambulance due to injuries he had caused. Absolutely ridiculous service and as a returning customer (minimum twice a week) and fellow industry worker, we will 100% not be returning and passing on this horrendous experience with customers that we usually send to your venue. Horrible and insensitive doorstaff that you have to seriously reconsider. The only word I can use to describe this is vile.

I left my bag at your place this evening. I called to ask to hold on to it...You couldn't hear me, fair enough. 'What part of I can't fucking hear don't you understand?.' Cheers Alex. I'll be down to see you

Absolutely disgusting service received tonight off the door men. Refuses my husband entry as ŌĆ£there were too many males in thereŌĆØ completely sexist. Then changed their story to that ŌĆ£he was too drunkŌĆØ baring in mind that we had been to a concert & had two pints!!!! Then became very personal to me when I challenged them. Really put a dampener on our night & I think they should be ashamed of themselves for ruining our Leeds experience!!! I am gob snacked to be honest!!! Both hid their name badges!!!

Best watering hole this side of the Atlantic (I've never even been to America but I thought that sounded quite cool) Doorman are all great guys and the one guy I spoke to, Dave I think his name is, has an ass to die for!! ’┐Į Only negative I would have to add is that I went home with one of the bartenders (think he was called Jon) and he played me Tiny Dancer on his ukulele which was magical but then he slept with me and when he came he shouted at the top of his voice 'VICTORY!' Pretty sure he then pissed the bed in his sleep but in the morning he blamed me and then kicked me out and told me he was keeping my knickers as a trophy! Music on point!

Best bar in Leeds hands down, quality staff and tunes! If your out on the town or just out for the day this is a must visit!

Small, but perfectly formed. A great venue for live music (often free) with a wide variety of acts - groups & solos - all of which are terrific performers. Some real musical gems can be heard here with some covers but mostly originals written by the artists themselves. A small stage (big enough for most bands) and a good sound system complete the package. Drinks prices ain't cheap - but this is to be expected in a city centre bar with their overheads - and the variety of drinks suits all tastes. Good atmosphere; great music; what's not to like!

It's a sorry state of affairs when a bar you frequented as a youngster that's got nobody at all in turns you away as it's mixed couples only... lesbians of Leeds go kill the homophobic little c*&ts!!! Apart from that great night peace everyone x

I wish I could give 0 stars. The bouncer was the roundest man I have ever met. He smashed a homeless man to the floor and left him with head injuryŌĆÖs. Naturally we called him an ambulance. Upon realising who the victim was (a very dangerous man), we left the situation. However, the bouncer felt the need to bar us from all other bars down call lane even after explaining to him we understood the situation and left it alone afterwords. He was more interested on ŌĆ£the pointsŌĆØ that was then left on the venue after having to call an ambulance due to injuries he had caused. Absolutely ridiculous service and as a returning customer (minimum twice a week) and fellow industry worker, we will 100% not be returning and passing on this horrendous experience with customers that we usually send to your venue. Horrible and insensitive doorstaff that you have to seriously reconsider. The only word I can use to describe this is vile.

Absolutely disgusting service received tonight off the door men. Refuses my husband entry as ŌĆ£there were too many males in thereŌĆØ completely sexist. Then changed their story to that ŌĆ£he was too drunkŌĆØ baring in mind that we had been to a concert & had two pints!!!! Then became very personal to me when I challenged them. Really put a dampener on our night & I think they should be ashamed of themselves for ruining our Leeds experience!!! I am gob snacked to be honest!!! Both hid their name badges!!!
