Pds Construction

We are very pleased to have been chosen as main contractors to build a large extension in the popular Scarcroft area of Leeds. Work has started on site last week, and the footings are underway.

This week one of our teams have started on a project in the beautiful village of Linton, what a great place to be working. This project was designed by local architects A & J Architects

On the market and due to be completed late August our new build house in Wighill is ready for early viewings. Its a stunning location and we don't think it will be on the market for long!

The floors are in on our little Fenton barn conversion and the place is really starting to take shape. Electrics and plumbing now, doors and windows in next week then it will be time to start plastering, we can't wait to see this finished, it will be stunning!

The scaffold is down on our Wetherby project and the new extension is looking great. Our team work very hard to ensure that stonework and roof are a perfect match, and this new extension is seamless with the older house. Doors and windows are going in tomorrow, always a very exciting stage for the client as the new space really starts to take shape. Our Wetherby extension has the roof being built this week, scaffold down in a weeks time to reveal the beautiful new stone extension. Great weather for roofing as well!

Footings are in on our Wetherby project. Stonework starts next week, hopefully this nice weather will continue.

Over in Wighill the first floors are going in on our new build house, with amazing views over the surrounding country it's a great place to be working on such a lovely sunny day!

Great progress on all our projects this week, but our two Boston Spa projects are at key stages today- bathroom fitting and roof construction. We know that both these stages are really exciting for homeowners, if you'd like to feel the excitement then give us a call!

Decorating has started on our renovation project of a beautiful Victorian house in Boston Spa. This attic room has been transformed, velux's added and an unusual alcove feature created in the roof space. It's going to be stunning when it's finished

The weather may be challenging, but we are still making progress! Our new build house in Wighill is out of the ground!

Continuing the theme of historic transformations from last week, here's one from ten years ago.

Here's a #throwbackthursday to a transformation we did in 2004! A very tricky barn conversion, but one that turned out beautifully!

We took on PDS for our gym build, which was no small job, and really did need 'the works' - blockwork, joinery, electrics, plumbing, planning, building control... the list continues



The help with planning permission was beyond invaluable, and when everything cleared (PDS unfortunately aren't authorised to prevent planning officers taking holidays during our planning process!!), the quick turnaround on the build was a huge relief. From a shell of a warehouse, to a warehouse gym in snip over a 2 months.
