Things they might do in salon that constitutes off-the-job training are:
ЁЯТЗЁЯП╝Practical on clients/models ЁЯТЗЁЯП╝тАНтЩВя╕ПPractical on a head block ЁЯТЗЁЯП╝Research on different styles and methods on YouTube or other online sites followed by practice ЁЯТЗЁЯП╝тАНтЩВя╕ПObserving staff in the salon, followed by practice ЁЯТЗЁЯП╝Theory research and study

Philips is a great training academy, all the staff and tutors are so understanding and supportive when gaining your qualifications. Would highly recommend.

I trained her for my level 2 hairdressing qualification. I absolutely loved it. The tutors are so supportive and help you in every single way that they possibly can. I enjoyed training here so much so that I am doing my barbering qualification here as well. I would highly recommend the Philips hair academy to anyone that would like to pursue a career in the hair industry.

Doing my hair course here and it's really amazing, it's on floor salon experience with a friendly and welcoming environments. Super supportive staff, they push you to be the best you can be!я┐╜
