We have one sole mission; to restore the pork pie to its rightful place in the hearts and minds of our discerning customers.
We create the crisp, delicate pastry case using traditional hot water pastry made with top grade flour and good old fashioned lard.
We create the mouth-watering fillings to a traditional butchers recipes and use only the finest pork shoulder and belly. These low fat cuts from local grazing herds in Yorkshire and Humberside provide the perfect main ingredient to our core range.
