Pizza Express

Thank you to Pizza Express Bluewater Plaza Manager and staff, had a large table for my daughter's birthday party yesterday, and everybody was so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, and we all had a great time,a big thank you!

Party of 8 to celebrate daughter’s 18th. Service was excellent, our waiter was friendly and our food was excellent. Would definitely go here again.

Had a wonderful time with the family, celebrating my grandson becoming a teen! Waiter was superb, food was great and the chef was very accommodating for my elderly father’s allergy to cheese �

Fast, friendly service, food was great, the only negative is that the portion of garlic butter with the dough balls is way to small, you have to ask for more

Best place to eat pasta and pizza love it

The staff were excellent but the food was a big let down. I was with a party of 12. A few had pizza all but 2 of them looked and were pretty tasteless, one of the party has recently come to live here from Italy. I had the broad bean rigatoni. It was the last dish to arrive on the table. It was Luke warm, tasteless, waterey, not creamy and not a broad bean in sight. Very disappointing the waitress did offer to replace it but by this time my fellow guests were almost finished their meals. I feel this should have been removed from the bill. On the whole a disappointing evening.

Party of 10 for a birthday party, told we couldn’t have separate bills ??? (Company policy) So we were worked it out for ourselves & paid seperatley anyway which we we’re told we couldn’t do ??? Very long wait for our Starters from our 1st round of drinks, Some of the mains arrived with starters ! 1 member of our party had a hair in there pizza, Staff were good, apologises & took it off our bill, Long wait for 2nd drink orders etc, Asked for a cake knife to cut birthday cake but request refused, Unable to give customers long sharp knives ??? (Company policy) Food was average, Not brilliant, Staff were good though but that was about it, Won’t rush back, Overall it was very ordinary.

The waiter was brilliant, very friendly and helpful but the food was awful. Had to send mine and my daughters back twice because it was burnt and clearly reheated. Was really disappointed as I’ve never had this at a pizza express before.

Really nice staff, very helpful n cheerful, working very hard. Shame about the pizzas though. We ordered cheesy garlic bread for starters, which arrived long after our main course. Main course was pizza, which extra chicken as a topper, there was so little toppping the pizza base was showing through and I think we had 4 pieces of chicken. Very dissatisfied. 😫

Over priced rubbish!! Staff are good shame about the food!

I’ve been to pizza express bluewater 3 times now and it’s nice. However, I’ve paid less in other restaurants and had better pizza. I’d be hard pushed to go back to pizza express again.

Big let down tonight. Terrible service, ok food (when we actually got it and not all at the same time). Chocolate fudge cake has changed and it's one of the worst I've had anywhere, dry cold cake. Definitely not up to scratch tonight which was disappointing.

The service was a total joke!! I think we could walk out without paying right now and no one would ever notice!!

Not greeted at the door properly by the front of house standing in front of us, waited 15 mins to be asked if we’d like a drink, got the order wrong and still waiting for someone to be bothered to come over to us to ask if we’d like dessert, Been waiting 20 already!

There are 4 other tables, so certainly not busy!

I couldn’t recommend NOT going to this place enough, an absolute letdown on service they even would have let us walk out without paying if it wasn’t for our honesty, then to be told by one of the staff that was on a break the the rest of the restaurant staff are a joke and don’t know how to do their job is laughable, wish we went anywhere else but were here to celebrate my sons birthday!!!! His choice!
