They do nice coffee and nice tea with diary or coconut milk.

Never been disappointed with any of my visits here. Butter Croissant and a Cappuccino all the time. Best Croissants.

I go to Pret nearly every week for lunch or a quick cuppa while I'm out shopping and I am alway greeted by happy, friendly staff who have amazing customer service. Lovely place with great people and amazing cookies :)

I go to Pret A Manger regularly and enjoy there coffee croissant and service good value for quality food. Just off wine street near city square my local coffee shop near our office. They get my full support for supporting homeless people �

Great service today, the staff were lovely as usual. I had to take my berries back as there was a creepy Crawly in the pot, they were excellent, gave me a fill refund, no questions asked and even threw in a free muffin.....excellent customer service.

Good Coffee. Clean an welcoming establishment and friendly staff. The minature Victoria Sandwich Cakes are to die for.

Go there most Tuesday's with my special man. Great sandwiches, good coffee and lovely staff it's a weekly treat for us

Food was absolutely delicious, we had the ragu & mac n cheese plus 2 different types of bread. It was piping hot & very tasty AND reasonably priced, would definitely go again.

Spinach in vegan friendly breadcrumbs baked and put in the hot food area (‘spinach bites’). (Warm)



Some sort of vegetable dumplings made with filo pastry (vegan friendly)



Vegan mac and ‘cheese’ (warm)



Stuffed sweet potato with peppers and vegan cheese (warm)



Paprika and garlic crispy cauliflower steaks in a pot (warm)



Vegan version of the pasta bakes just replace with oat cream and vegan cheese, cauliflower, broccoli , courgette and truffle oil (warm)



Cooked Broccoli florets seasoned with chipoltle chilli flakes, garlic and olive oil



Vegan spaghetti pasta with green pesto, oil, squeeze of lemon and crushed pine nuts.

Friendly staff, brilliant at making soya cappuccinos. Just wish it often wasn't quite so chilly at 8am.

Place is clean and staff look really, really happy to serve and work.. I MEAN really happy? Ive never had such happy service.

Bad points are, wobbly table and paying extra to eat in. Portions could be bigger(had a slice of the world's smallest cake).

Had a nice hot coffee there. Good location. Sat outside just relaxing

Waited quite a long time for two tea’s and a latte. It was busy but despite the wait I got two tea’s and a a hot chocolate. Not what I ordered went back down stairs for my correct order and collected what I was told was a latte. It tasted and looked like a coffee with some sort of syrup in it. A very disappointing experience. At least the kids like their cookies

Vegan avocado and herb wrap is supposed to not have cheese or mayonnaise in it and bought one today that's got both! Not a good thing to find out, luckily I didn't take a bite as I'm lactose intolerant -.-

Today I visited the Pret store in leeds. As I walked in I was greeted by a male staff member shouting at a child for spilling some coffee. The boy was carrying the tray for his mum when a coffee cup knocked over and went all over the floor all the male staff member did was shout 'why did you take it?' at the boy! I needed to feed my baby or I'd have walked out. He then Infront of customers rudely told other staff members to 'sort the mess out' 'make the coffee' 'take the coffee'



After this incident I was sat with my children when a lady asked if she could use the toilet. She was then asked for her receipt to prove she had bought from there, when she said she was buying a coffee after the staff member reluctantly gave her it.



If I'd have known/seen Costa before I'd come in here I'd have gone there, cheaper drinks and food with much better customer service!
