Easy to book and good communication with Jack from Prime Lawns. Install was completed in a day by Mark and his helper. Looks amazing and given good advice how to maintain it. We chose the Warwick grass as we have a dog and didn't want the pile to be too high and we are very happy with the final product. Thank you.
Delivered straight away.Looks absolutely brilliant,It was easy to fit,as we have a caravan on a holiday park I thought less maintenance,no cutting grass.So when we land at the caravan I can chill for a change.Its only been down a few days and we have had lots of comments from other people saying how good it looks and the best thing my kids won't trail mud in .Excellent communication and helpful staff.

Absolutely Love our grass, delivery was very quick and after service brilliant. I sent an email about the grass looking flat and how to make it look natural and I got an instant reply :-) the advice I got was simply and it worked wonders. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt.
Unless you only want your lawn to look good & last a year, do not buy from Prime Lawns. My lawn looks awful & totally flat. Tried everything to improve it but with no joy. Customer services say there is nothing they can do as its 1year & 4mths old!!

Customer service i received was shocking! I had issues with delivery, promised call-backs that didn't happen, no apologies, instead received a bad attitude from the manager Alison.
Company does not take responsibility for problems. Latest review that goes into full detail has been removed. Untrustworthy at best
Awful service. Waited in for two days (taking time off work) for the delivery! No communication- when I rang was told it would be another 2 days!! Would not recommend.
