We are a young, fast growing, vibrant and exciting Scandinavian headhunt company.

Our founder has worked in Scandinavia for the last 5 years, to a great deal of success. We take time to appreciate that every individual assignment has its own problems, pitfalls, and potential areas for encountering difficulty. As such each assignment should be treated on its merits and as an individual assignment, with an individual solution.

We offer a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, believing that the closer we work with each, the more likely we are to be able to reach an effective solution.

We believe that often the best candidates for roles, are not the ones that are actively applying for them, but the ones who are happy and content in their current roles. These candidates will never be totally against a change of career however. We are able to competently present an opportunity to a candidate in a compelling way to at least pique their interest. From there we work closely with the client to best sell their offering to the candidate as a partnership.
