The festival will give visitors a chance to browse, sample and buy from local producers. From local cheese, chocolate and chilli to ales, gin and sweets, there is something for everyone. There is also plenty of opportunities to enjoy delicious street food at the street food stalls where there is a wide range of dishes inspired from international cuisines. The food theatre marquee is a must visit for all foodies as this is the chance to watch some of the best local chefs cook. There will be a number of cooking demonstrations on throughout the day some guests can stop by and watch local chefs cook up a storm and take some tips home to their own kitchen.

Easy Chilli Paneer. Add fried paneer chunks to you favourite Really Indian fresh cooking sauce. Simmer for 1 minute and add chopped red peppers. Simmer for a further minute and garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy!

We purchased all 3 of your sauces at wentworth farmers market last weekend , I have to say we have currys maybe twice a week using well known shop bought sauces , well no more your sauces were absolutely gorgeous and will be purchasing more

We also tried the onion bhaji's , downside was we only bought 3 and we fought over them !!!

Tried these sauces every time I visited knutsford market. On our visit on Sunday I purchased the two hot sauces and the new one(can't remember the name sorry) was amazing,so full of flavour with a kick at the end. Would recommend x

Purchased the Desi from the Hovingham Village Market today and had it for our dinner tonight. It tasted amazing and I am so pleased to find curry sauces that are low in fat. Cant wait to try more.

Just used the Desi sauce for a fabulous chicken and lentil curry. It was stunning! Have ordered more from the online shop as we bought ours at the Middlewich makers market yesterday. If you love curry, you'll love these sauces!

I bought a couple of the sauces from Cheadle Hulme Artisan Market yesterday, we used them today and I must say they are the nicest sauces we have ever used at home! Loved the hot sauces, full of flavour - will be buying them again!

Best 'home' curry I've ever tasted ! My daughter lives in Harrogate and is lucky enough to be near to a shop that sells the sauce, and she bought me one to try .... I was instantly smitten. I just wish shops near me stock it instead of me either having to wait to go visit my daughter/her visit me or ordering it online (postage is a little expensive), so come on Really Indian, get some more shops to stock your lovely sauces.
