Wow what a treatment! My shoulder is killing me most days so I asked Sarah to help. After a thorough massage and un-knotting of my back I feel tremendous! I don't feel the tense pain I was getting in my shoulder which was starting to take over my thought processes. If Sarah offers then I highly recommend the Rocktape too. Very professional, chatty and thorough. I've booked further sessions! I hope it helps improve my hockey! Watch this space.

Saw Sarah Lou for the first time since my car crash and she made me feel instantly at ease and welcome at her lovely treatment room. She explained everything in detail which was really interesting and tailored a treatment plan to suit me individually. She is extremely attentive and intuitive to the areas of pain and what I needed. Had my first treatment with Sarah Lou today and I can say it will be the first of many. I've struggled for so long with my IT bands and knees problems, also very tense knotted shoulders. I can honestly say I feel better already, Sarah explained the treatment feels better and takes full effect after a few days, I'm so excited and thrilled too have found this great treatment. Sarah also taped my knee up and it feels so much better and supported. Can't tell you how excellent and professional Sarah is. Talking and guiding you threw each step.

Had my first treatment with Sarah Lou last night - my neck & shoulders feel the best they have in years! I've struggled for so long & yesterday I was in so much pain, barely able to turn my head but Sarah Lou came to my rescue!

Never imagined to have instant results but last night the pain in my neck was gone (I was even able to sleep on my side) & the Rocktape has work wonders on my shoulders today. I thought the discomfort I have felt for years was something I was always going to have to live with - now I look forward to getting better.

Had my first treatment tonight, can't fault Sarah at all, excellent knowledge and I felt a great benefit after treatment. Generally struggle with a lot of tightness/pain as a result of my sport and not many therapists have been able to get me moving well as a result. Will definitely be booking in again.

After suffering with sciatica and hyper-mobility around my pelvis and hips and elbow joint I can be in a lot of pain some days and experience a lot of muscle tension and clicking of joints. I have tried everything and nothing has being as successful as my recovery redefined treatments with Sarah.

Sarah completely listens to you and your body and tailors the sessions to suit your needs, Sarah has taught me a lot about my body and what works and how help myself reduce the level of pain I am feeling!

It is more than just a massage sarah will go where no other 'therapists' are willing to go and because of her in depth knowledge and passion and experience as a midwife and therapist she has begun working right into my problems and I am noticing a huge difference just two treatments in! Sarah puts you at ease and makes the treatments so personal. I always feel relaxed but more importantly like I can move again after the treatments. There is no generic one size fits all approach which makes this treatment truly unique. Looking forward to keeping my treatments up. I would highly recommend to anyone in pain and not knowing the next place to turn.

Absolutely fantastic.. my back and leg have been bad since I had a motorbike accident 10 year ago . After the first appointment with Sarah I noticed a considerable difference . This keeps getting better and better every time I go 10/10 �
