I’ve always had a thing for hero angles. The type of perspective, on screen, that suggests you’re about to take over the world - Film in the fitness world is pretty simple, right? Press record, lift that up, put it back down then go find a dope audio track for your ‘sick edit’. Or...is it simple because you aren’t thinking 2-3 layers deep? - Are you thinking about the intensity? The drive? The pain? Are you thinking about the visual journey where you have the chance to take a... camera and turn it into a weapon of mass creation? - Drop the stabiliser. Forget the EDM tracks and completely destroy your client. The final film work will speak for itself 🤙🏼

More athlete film shoots going out to clients this weekend. @SamShipwrecked reached out looking to start a new fitness vibe on his socials and we didn’t disappoint - Sams shoot landed at an awesome time for me where it had taken about 3 years for me to finally sit back, look at my signature shoots and think ‘f*ck yeah, that’s where I want to be.’ I think we are never really finished, as such, or we will never be 110% happy with what we create BUT it’s awesome being in a posi...tion where you can change things. Change your clients perspectives, change the way you view what’s in front of you or change the way creators creates. Regardless, it all starts with you - Up your game and keep going. Find your flow state and don’t look up. Eventually, when you finally catch a breath and do look up, you’ll be confident and proud in how you got there, wherever the f*ck that may be 🤙🏼

I did my very first shoot with RGL as part of Showgirl Fitness after the UBFF British Championships this year. The shoot was commissioned by Muscle & Fitness Magazine and as it was my first professional photoshoot I was nervous, but the guys were great fun and soon put me at ease. The shoot felt very natural, probably as I was give really good clear direction, making it easy to enjoy and so not feeling pressured. I was absolutely amazed by the short film which was incredible and the stills taken were equally as good. I will definitely be working with these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone new to photo shoots or seasoned pro's. Great job !!�
