Rhythm Time Huddersfield Description
In the baby class, activities are designed to help your baby's development through music. Music is very important for language and brain development and is the only activity that develops both sides of a baby's brain. We offer lots of stimulation to help with cognitive, physical, emotional and social development. These are fun classes for both parents and babies!
In the toddler class, we introduce musical concepts in a fun way, while developing your child's co-ordination and confidence. Each week we do listening, ear training, dancing as well as playing a variety of percussion instruments. Plus we have a new CD every term to accompany each course that is included in your fee!

All the courses have been created by Kathy Doolan (DRSAM, LRAM), who trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow. Kathy previously was head of music in a Scottish school and shares with all franchisees and teachers a real passion and belief in the importance of music during a child's formative years.
Children certainly learn from an early age that actively making music with others is a wonderful experience. Week by week, as they develop, so does their CONFIDENCE, CREATIVITY and COORDINATION.

Rhythm Time is baby Henry’s favourite part of the week. The classes are easy to follow and fun for both Henry and myself, i have a chance to chat to other mums, Ana is a fantastic instructor and i feel these classes have helped Henry develop well. I would recommend Rhythm Time to all mums and little ones.
Orla and I have been coming to rhythm time since January and we love attending every week as each week it’s different!! Ana is so friendly and welcoming and it’s a lovely chance to meet other mums and their babies. We look forward to many more classes!!!
Myself and Megan love our weekly trips to Rhythm Time. Ana and Vicky are both lovely and have made us feel very welcome since our first session. Megan has developed so much since she started at just a few weeks old. We enjoy every class and sing the songs at home too which always results in big cheesy smiles from my beautiful girl xxx
My son has been going to Rhythm time with Ana since he was about 10 weeks old. He is now 9 and a half months and loves it so much - we both look forward to it every week. He was 6 weeks premature and I credit these classes with helping him catch up with his development milestones and even exceed them!
My daughter has attended rhythm time since she was 13 months ! And now she is 3 ! We have had to stop coz of full time nursery place but it was our favourite time of the week ! Ana is amazing and did a fantastic job at Emmi's party as well ! Absolutely brilliant x
My baby girl enjoys the class with Ana and Julie. She started coming at 3 months & is now 8 months. Good music and instruments.
My baby daughter has been attending Rhythm Time for eight months. She, and I, love it - the instructors are lovely, the sessions are fun, easy to follow, and good for developing confidence (my little girl loves playing the big drum with other children now �). The price offers value for money and there's some flexibility about making up a missed class if baby's ill etc (something some groups don't offer). I definitely recommend Rhythm Time x
My babies have been coming to Rhythm Time since they were a few months old and my oldest is 2 1/2 now. They absolutely love the classes and look forward to going every week. Ana is brilliant, she's very patient with the children and makes it really fun and engaging for them. I see them grow in confidence each week and my oldest loves singing and dancing along at the class. I would recommend to everyone!
Me and my nearly 8 month old baby girl went to the free class yesterday before deciding to attend, and it was brilliant. Such a calm, yet fun and well organised session. An was very attentive with the babies and each activity flowed well to the next. We will definitely be going next week too. My baby loved it and was engaged and stimulated from start to finish. Thank you :-)

I can tell Isla loves coming to Rhythm Time by watching all her clapping and wriggling she does to the music. Falling asleep in the car coming home afterwards because she’s worn herself out is a bonus too �
