Went there on a Tuesday night and ordered the two steaks for a £10 (bargain).

The steak we ordered was perfect the staff are marvelous and fantastic customer service.

Will be going again and again and again.

Went for something to eat before giants game disappointed not to get what we wanted to order as menus changed at last minute but what we had was very good

Everytime we come it's lovely food and friendly staff. We come quite often. You may need to wait for your food when it's busy but good food is worth waiting for. Give it a try and see for yourself. Prices ate reasonable too

Cant fault the place , came down sunday , we all had burgers of various varieties, thought they were all spot on and service was good , really like the place and very good value

Well the kids had steak - medium to rare, but by the time it arrived ( almost an hour!!) it was charred and well done. The burger was crozzled, the onion rings were burnt. Not impressed....until we went to pay. I was just about to say something when the chap behind the bar said " I've knocked off a steak, the burger and the onion rings, and also 2 of your drinks, I hope you'll try us again?" So I said "we will now!" Also had a voucher for 20% off ( bit cheeky) but hey it was A birthday meal!! So starter, 4 main courses, onion rings, and 5 drinks cost £22 ���

So we normally come here before the cinema, the food isn't great and the service is slow. There has been quite a few times we have been and the Gas has been off so we have avoided.

Must admit next door (Pizza Hut) isn't any better but they do have a better range of unbreaded fried food and more healthy picks.

Firstly the staff were lovely but wow was it slow service. It was only half full of that and they were telling people half hour wait. Too 45 mins for main to come out even though when we got there it was quiet. My burger and my partners and my sons pizza had obviously been stood for a while as it was cold! Shame because it tasted nice but was cold! Not impressed. And my partners prawn cocktail was literally prawns on lettuce no tomato or other salad lol. Bar man was very curtious and offered us a drink on the house. I keep trying in the hope it's better but the service is awful. Just so bloody slow. Nice staff though.

Went for my girlfriend's birthday. I had the steak and ale pie and my girlfriend had the lasagne. The meat in the pie was very fatty and chewy. The meat in the lasagne was very hard and fatty which made it crunchy. Upon telling the staff I was told it must be the batch of meat...... hmm.. ok... not happy

The food was very disappointing. I ordered steak, medium, with chips, peas and a side of peppercorn sauce. The steak was well done, the peas tasted like they had been cooking for days and it took the waiter a long time to bring me the sauce after I pointed out that we didn't have it. My husbands food was also under par. When the waiter asked how our food had been we explained how we felt but got a very defensive apology. Aside from the food the environment was awful! I could see 5 big screen televisions without even turning my head

Have been here several times, usually after a shopping trip at the nearby retail park and gave always found the food faultless and great value. Unfortunately this time was disappointed , especially by the indifferent slightly rude service we received. Hubby ordered steak which was fine but I ordered a dip and drop burger, the whole point of it been that it came with beef dripping gravy to dip the chips in..... lovely had if before, only when it came I was only then informed they had no beef dripping gravy and would I like another sauce? Er no, the whole point of the dip and drip burger is the bloody beef dripping gravy imo!! Wouldn't have minded if they hd8 informed me when I ordered, things run out sometimes, no big deal but had I known I could have ordered something else. Instead I was brought as a replacement when I asked of "normal gravy" which tasted suspiciously like a stock cube dissolved in hot water (didn't bother insulting my chips with it) had to ask discount/ money knocked off to which j was told by the rather disinterested young lad that had served us he would have to ask his manager. Came back a few minutes later and practically threw the grand total of 50p on the table as refund for the lack of beef dripping gravy, without an apology. Sorry rope walk but don't think your staff know how to interact with your customers. No beef dripping might not seem like a big deal and in the grand scheme of things it isn't but had really got my taste buds ready for it!! What really left a nasty tastes in my mouth was the staff attitudes, basically they couldn't care less and we won't be gracing you with our presence anytime soon .

Back in April I went in (there was three of us) to be told there were no tables and that food wait was an hour. All the tables had reserved signs on and there was about 6 people eating! When I mention this to the lass she actually said 'well you can always go and eat elsewhere.' So we did. I wrote to flaming grill themselves who apologised and gave me a £10 voucher. Which on return the staff said was 'invalid'. Wrote to flaming grill again and they increased the 'invalid' voucher to £15. I tried to use this yesterday and of course it's still 'invalid'. I'm sure if flaming grill check the voucher they will see it still has the £15 on it. Initially they told me it was a staff training issue being the reason I couldn't use this voucher. Obviously they've still not been trained and judging by how I was initially spoken to and a few of the reviews on here staff training really needs an overhaul. The menu has all changed too and what we ordered was okay ... just okay. Don't think I will be eating again here any time soon. Which is a shame.

waited 40mns for food the place was dead when it eventually arrived my garlic bread was burnt 2 a crisp the lasagne had just been slopped onto my plate with mess everywhere ... i wasnt the only one complaining 2 other tables had the same appalling service deffo wont be go here again ����

Went for tea with family sold out of everything we asked for said it as being busy this weekend don't they know when a bank holiday is will not bother to a flaming grill pub again.

P's do not sign up for newsletter using a mobile as they do not send you the 20% voucher you need to sign up on a laptop but I still don't see the point as they do not have what want when you go and only end up disappointed and have what they want to get rid off or like me walk out.

Well there wasn't an option for 0 stars we ordered food @ 18.33 pm didn't arrive until 19.21pm absolutely disgusting twice I asked how long and was told yours is after next one asked for no salad burgers came loaded with it !!!! Chargrilled more like charcoal asked lightly grilled do chefs not read cheques not happy will definitely be contacting head office !!!!!!

The bar man was really nice but one of the young girl staff was using fowl language towards another male staff member in front of the 7 year old child we had with us , this happened twice. The two stakes that had been order , one was under cooked n the other over cooked at one end and medium rare at the other. We order two beef Sunday dinners and got two half chickens instead. A waitress came over and asked was it all ok so I told her about the above ! She was shocked and mad the young lass come over to apologize but instead all she did is make a point she hadn't used any fowl language. This topped it of we as a family didn't go out to row with staff so we got up and left . We was given a refund for the meal but what a shoddy experience it was . I'll not take my family there again in a rush .
