Went for a couple of hours with a work group and had prebooked ping pong, pool and food. We were half an hour early but we managed to bring everything forward which was great. Lovely friendly staff, food was yummy as ever and overall a fun chilled out event ���

Took hubby as a suprise with our friends for his 30th! I'd preordered buffet food and two of the drinks packages, was great food, came out a bit later than we'd said but understandbly as it was soo busy. The area we were given was fab and utilised superbly by giving us a 'pop up' beer pong table. Friendly staff who were happy to help! Really good price for food and drinks! Hubby loved the golf and he didn't have long to wait to play. All in all a great night out, something a bit different and fun for everyone! Thanks roxy!!

Lauren Addie was one of the most helpful staff who looked after us all night. She brought a great energy to the club, which made our friends birthday a great night to remember!!

It was class apart from the food mixup and then pizza incident! �� the girl that dealt with us was spot on though, fit as well �. Played a few games of pool and golf upstairs! Place was absolutely bouncing! Defo go again if I was in Leeds! �

I'm giving roxys a five star because I absolutely love this place! As soon as we plan a day/night to Leeds Roxys is the first place we mention and head straight there! On July the 9th 20 of us headed to Leeds for my friends birthday, as we approached Roxys the doorman dove threw our party and grabbed one of the lads pushed him and said your not coming in you're too drunk, baring in mind he'd just stepped off the train and not touched a drink! Even though he had just created a scene he still let us all in which I thought was pointless and there was no need for the aggression. Ive never had a problem with the doormen any other time I've been here which is plenty but this particular one was really unprofessional. Roxys is a mega place but really need to have a word with your 'security' because it's going to get the place a bad name.

I really enjoyed Roxy. I wish they had something similar down south in Hertfordshire. Food was very nice and full of flavour. Pool tables were good quality and the table tennis tables were good too. The crazy golf was ok but could be improved on a few holes. All in all though, good atmosphere and all round good fun.

Great fun. Been a few times. Roxy larger is good stuff. Mini golf is fun, ping pong, haven't played beer pong yet. Good atmosphere; it's like a youth club from the 70/80's but with booze!

Amazing bar staff- did a round of 3 different cocktails a pint and two other drinks with personal specifics - he got it all asking for it once and rembered it all again when I went back to the bar 30 minutes later and the place was mega busy! Impressive and quick at what he did , the bar is mega busy all the time but the staff are quick at serving - music is varied and fun atmosphere is fun busy , and friendly from door staff to bar staff and the clientele is all pretty laid back and happy doesn’t attract trouble just people having fun!!

Went in to Roxy's for a quick cocktail and was happy with my mojito that was made very well by the bar staff. Everyone in the building was having loads of fun, definitely a place to go in large groups for fun games and a drink.

Look forward to my next visit.

Never had a bad experience in this bar but I do go at very quiet times. Bar staff friendly Nd chatty and doorstaff almost invisible. Only a few people in however so everyone on cruise beer was good and place spotless was able to talk to my mate on stools at the bar

i had a bad experience yesterday at this club when i was trying play tennis table with my friends i realised is not enough space and also i broke my head cuz the wall surface was verry unsecure and when i was trying take the ball under the wall and rise i hit the wall and broke my head ... a good review for this bar is that cuz the stuff was verry nice and gave me ice to put it on my head and also the pric is no so expensive i recomand this bar but careffuly dont broke your head when try play tennis table!

Tried to go to the big roxys yesterday for my hubbys 40th was a party of 12 with our 16 year old son included, it had just opened and there was no one in we were told we could not stay as we had an under 18 with us what a shame! As I’d planned the trip down to the last tee! We had to go to the smaller roxys around the corner which only has bowling, the lady whom sent us away from the first venue was quite rude to us, but we didn’t let it spoil our day and still had fun in the second venue. I didn’t quite understand how much hey are allowed in one and not the other? We had to leave by 5 which I totally get but thought the same rule should apply at both venues

We came on Saturday night for our Christmas party and were immediately told that we weren't allowed in without being given a reason probably being selective which seemed pedantic from the mix of people inside , I told the bouncer we had a package booked and he said he decided who came in, he then took the party name and asked the other bouncer if we were allowed in, the other bouncer asked if we were a 'mixed group' to which I said there was 15 of us and before I could finish to answer his question he said "I didn't ask that" in a rude and abrupt tone. Two of the party walked in and the rest were again questioned by the bouncer and came in 5 minutes later which was unpleasant for them. When one of our party went to enquire about the pool and ping pong tables we had booked the woman on the desk put her finer up in my colleagues face as if to say 'one minute' and continued her conversation with another one of your staff members. When she gave him the time of day she said we were booked at 8:30 (it was 8:25) and we should come back later. We were also under the influence that we were being given the private VIP room as indicated by the posters however we were instead allocated a corner for our party - not what we had arranged. During the course of the night the staff seemed unorganised apart from one blonde waitress who brought us drinks and gave us a quality service, another bar man with round glasses was also smiling and cracked a joke with us - these were the only two staff members who seemed to want to be there and create and enjoyable experience and I'd like to thank them for that. The manager asked us to clarify our food order which we had given previously which was frustrating as it meant we only had to wait longer for our food. Another member of our party was told he couldn't order a drink because there was only £40 left in our tab - however the tab was there to be used so this shouldn't have happened. The same colleague that tried to order himself additional food which he was happy to pay for because of a garlic allergy however your manager dismissed this probably because he didn't understand that my colleague was willing to pay this himself. The only positive aspects to the of our party were the two members of staff I mentioned and the company I was with.Overall because it was not an enjoyable start to the night it put a dull mood on the whole event and we weren't happy as a party, this is somewhere I have visited before with friends but will not being doing so again.

However, the gentleman with the black hair working Tuesday night that seemed to be in charge was unnecessarily rude when serving us at the bar. He made remarks throughout our order which made us feel uncomfortable, to the point where we asked to be served from someone else. We've all worked in bars before so we're aware that large orders can be stressful, but rudely telling us "This is the longest order I've ever had to do," was not something we wanted to hear when we were trying to order our drinks. We also had problems when inquiring about ping-pong tables, apparently asking how much it costs and how long it lasts needed the rude comment of "woah woah, what's with all the questions" from the same gentleman. I'm not usually someone to complain about customer service, but I don't think this guy has the manners or patience to work behind a bar. Safe to say a group of fifteen soon left that were planning to spend their party there.

The venue itself and idea behind it is good, although the prices are steep and it is quite hot in there. However, I was told, not particularly politely, to leave at 4pm when there was only one other party there for wearing jogging bottoms which breaks their no "sportswear" policy. If this is the policy it's certainly not made clear anywhere, but what makes it worse is that what appeared to be the manager was working wearing a Bayern Munich football top and he had seen my clothes for the hour we had spent playing pool and not commented. Also another customer was wearing a cricket shirt and not asked to leave, not to mention the majority of people there wearing sports trainers which I would also categorise as sportswear. This made the rest of our ping pong game extremely uncomfortable after being told to leave and also put us off buying any more drinks at what was a very quiet time for the bar.

This is not the first time me and my friends have been made to feel uncomfortable by the staff, with my 22 year old friend being asked for ID to play pool at 3pm on a previous occasion and being told to leave when he could only produce a student ID with his date of birth on.

Me and my friends who are regular customers at quiet times for Roxy are now looking for other locations for our regular meet ups.
