Went to Roxy's for the first time the other night for the Mayweather vs McGregor fight and it was such a good atmosphere, wasn't too packed and had plenty of screens plus they were serving pizza all night 🍻🍕

We have been on a company xmas do now for the last 3 years. Its a fantastic place, great service and events.

All round a great place to enjoy a laugh, have some great food and enjoy a drink.

Highly recommend for work parties or groups of friends.

We will be definitely be coming again and again.

We had have just had an absolute ball today, the staff are so friendly and such a chilled atmosphere the bars staff made the kids cocktails and was very patient with them. I would come here again either with kids or just the grown ups perfect

We booked 2 lanes for 12 people over the internet. The staff were great communicating on line to ensure we had 2 lanes together. Half of the party arrived 30 minutes late which we were very sorry about but the staff didn't make us feel like it was a problem. The place did smell of bleach, but that would be my only criticism. Lovely little place in the heart of Leeds.

Visited this place yesterday, excellent fresh food that was quite unexpected to say it's a bowling place and the chef looked 12 ☺️ bless him. The bar staff and the girl that arranged the bowling lanes for us were polite , friendly and chatty .. Overall couldn't fault it and will defo recommend to people and visit again xx

Visited Roxy's for the 3rd or 4th time last week and as always I had a great time. Great atmosphere and vibe created by the girls and guys behind the bar who are always up for a laugh and making sure you are having a great time. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice quirky place, didn't eat there so couldn't comment on the food but the drinks were good and bowling was fun. Our party was running late and our slot was given away but we soon got our game so well done to the staff for maintaining a helpful attitude

Came on Saturday with a couple of friends we hadn't book which we should have but a really nice girl kirsty managed to fit us in which we really appreciated!! We loved the bar and had a great night! Thanks for all your help Kirsty and Joe!

7 of us went bowling and for burgers, top service, bowling was fun and the burgers were good too. Bowling and food is good value for a family early evening out ��

The bowling was great fun until my daughter (2 today!) started running up and down the lanes and kicking the balls instead of rolling them! :P



I was looking forward to eating a meal afterwards, but then we (my husband, daughter, newborn, mother-in-law and I) were told that there was a pre-booked group coming and that we would have a half hour wait for food. Thankfully the staff managed to make my daughter a pizza and chips as she doesn't have much patience, but we decided we'd have our tea later and settled for a sundae to share and finished off whatever my daughter left. The food that we had was nice.



Overall we had a good time and the female staff member was very kind to my daughter - picked her up and cuddled her when she wanted and played along when my daughter kept running back to say hello! However if we had been warned about the food before our game we could have put an order in earlier. As it is, it kind of spoiled the evening a little and means a trip to Tesco on the way home when we should be getting back to open presents with my daughter instead.

Great little place in the centre of Leeds...liked the fact it only had 4 lanes...much better than big bowling alleys. Nice service from all 9f the team. Booked for 5.20pm but didn't play until 6pm...we weren't in a hurry though so no issue.

Good place but I don't like the fact that the sambucca is cheap crap and having to pay £3.70 per shot! Don't mind paying if it's the proper stuff like

Under staffed Ordered cocktails took 20 minutes And it when came to the bill we was charge wrong twice. But the it's a great place music good one member of the staff was very nice and trying her hardest. I would like to go back as long there was plenty of staff and be organised with the bill

There was a real lack of care in every part of the service, past the helpful lady with booking via email.

No clarity in directing us or even letting us know our Lane was ready. When we got to ordering our food 1 meal was so misunderstood ( a burger no peri but with salad) we had to wait for it be re-made twice, this would've been cleared up quicker and clearer if there had been any table check back or service in general. I had to take my own food back to the chef, luckily the kitchen was open counter next to us, and explain what I originally ordered. Again no service to clear the table or get our leftovers boxed up so we had to bother the chef again. It was our daughters 16th and we had brought a cake with candles in when I asked for the table to be cleared and the cake and candles brought out, I didn't expect the young lady to bring it out in its box with the candles in the pack still. Common sense calls on that one.....

Our relative recommended us as she works at roxy ballroom so we thought we would get looked after... but it seems even the basic of service was hard work. The place is nice but it really does seem like the staff have no interest in creating a friendly - fun atmosphere. After a total spend of £140 we expected to be well looked after, but left very disappointed

Really really disappointed, the customer service was terrible

Visited on Monday with a voucher and the hostess was really rude even though we where the only customers in the whole place. Felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. One guy was lovely but unfortunately my first contact with this girl left me feeling really awkward and wish we had left

I visited Roxy Lanes on Friday 9th June and bowling was great fun and the bar itself is really nice and has good atmosphere. Sheridan who sorted my booking on email was so helpful and made the process easy. But the service left a lot to be improved on.......We were asked to preorder our food due to being a group and it was served an hour after we were told it would be where we were just sat waiting. I asked the staff twice for an update to be told 5-10 minutes both times with the food still not arriving. At one point I went to ask there were 2 members of staff just stood on their phones at the bar. Complete lack of attention to customers, no going the extra mile and we had to ask for more drinks because we were all sat with empty glasses, staff walking by with no one taking another order. The food is nice but overpriced. I would bowl/drink at the bar here but not eat. Don't make a group eat with you if the service is going to be a huge letdown.
