Royds Hall Riding School Description
We are a small family run riding school, we have been established since 1973. We are fully licensed and insured. We offer riding tuition for all abilities from 3 years old. Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, some qualified and have competition experience from local level to national competitions in showing, dressage and show jumping. Our younger instructors we train ourselves to get continuity in our teaching.
We pride ourselves on friendly staff, efficient services and place emphasis on the care of both horse and rider. Please check our website for more information.
We have now opened Royds Cat Hotel. It is built to the latest specifications from the council and will provide large, safe , comfortable and entertaining cat chalets. Please take a look at the facebook page.

The end of an era is looming. Sunday 31st March will our last day. Thank you to all our clients and staff over the past 46yrs. It's been a privilege. What wonderful horses we have had to work with over the years. Liz Xxx

Riding School's Fortieth Anniversary. 45yrs now. Amazing time. How many other people can say they are living their childhood dream. So many amazing horses.

My little girl is 4yrs old and she loves going every week... the girls are lovely with her especially Alicia �
My girls (4&8) had their first lesson here this morning. They did the groom and ride and my eldest especially enjoyed spending time with the pony and learning about tack and feed etc. I felt like they have learnt so much already after just one lesson and seemed so much more confident than when they have ridden before. I've booked a lesson for myself after not riding for years and the girls can't wait to come back!
My daughter goes every week she loves it. The staff are really nice. Highly recommended

It was my daughter's first time horse riding and she loved it and can't wait to go back here again. It was so lovely how the staff were helping her and made her experience a amazing one. Best stables highly recommended.
I have attended the riding school for 30 years. My daughter now also attends. All the instructors are excellent and I cannot recommend it enough
