Sainsbury'S

Today I was served by Mel on checkout 18. She was fantastic as I had my little boy with me who was kicking off she went above and beyond her role and let him sit on her knee and help her put my shopping through not only did it help me pack but stop my little boy crying as he started to help her. I would definitely go to her again on the check. Thank you so much you deserve to be recognised

Lovely store we go every Saturday have lunch in the cafe first. Prices seem to have reduced recently and im almost back to 100% shopping here. Did move some to ALDI but Sainsburys rule again for me

I visit Sainsburys in Halifax regularly. The staff are all lovely in the store and cafe. Car park can be a bit difficult at busy times but apart from that 5 star.

I called Sainsburys in Halifax this morning and was transferred to a lady called Jannette I would just like to say how helpful and polite she was and her customer service was brilliant she's an absolute credit to the company

Cheese and ham omelette was lovely, plenty very filling x

Took my little boy for lunch yesterday it was very busy but didn't wait too long, food was nice and staff kind and polite x 😊

The car park is terrible, the spaces are too small, its just so they can pack more customers in. The restaurant is good though sometimes there is a bit of a wait, I go often with my friends for coffee and cake. Shopping is ok too as they have a varied range.

I go nearly every day to the cafe. the staff are always smiling and helpful .SCRAMBLED eggs and bacon so far always good.carry on

Blue badge parking very good. Cafe is iffy. The mega brunch should be called mini brunch due to small size. Meat in store is excellent.

It's a Supermarket where you can buy food and some other stuff

Oh my goodness! I've been shopping here for years but today the cashier must've gotten out of bed at the wrong side! I do fast track as it's supposed to make my shop quicker (am fed up with non-fast track customers using that aisle as it takes me longer and I may as well just use the regular checkout). However, I was asked if I had any problem items, I said "no, but can you tell me if the 25% discount has come off for the clothes I've bought?", the reply was "they are not expensive enough". Of course I immediately said "but it's 25% off all clothing", the response was, "it'll come off at the end". I said I know that but can you just double-check that it has. Why is it so difficult for them to just give a straight answer to a straight question? There was no need for an argument about it. I will be reviewing where I do my shop from now on. Sainsbury's - please retrain your staff in communication skills!

I went for a coffee yesterday the service in the cafe was shocking!!!! It took 20 mins to get to the front (must of been 5 people before us) then 10 mins for them to make 2 coffees!! The two women making the coffee was having a conversation they were oblivious to the queue!! We would of left but had friends waiting for us who went through the same!

We will not return!!

Car park is terrible !!! An cafe was worse I took my 94 year old dad for a drink and breakfast we ordered coffee an porridge .... after 25mins I went 2ask where the porridge was ?? We had finished our coffee , there was only one younger member of staff that appeared to know what was going on ??? The porridge arrived cold an not cooked enough !!! I then waited another 5 mins for a refund as she did not know what to to . There was no apology an appeared not 2B bothered �. This not my 2st bad experience in the cafe !! So it's fair to say I will NOT be returning to the cafe . We went to M&S an had a nice breakfast.

Parent and child parking, ha what a joke, 2 toddlers and 7 day old, asked a bloke sat in a bay if he could let my family park, refused, said he was waiting for his mum and her son, no child seat in his car, just a small lap dog on his knee. Parked. Did my shopping. Came out, got into a parent and child to load family up, transit van pulls into next bay, 1 decorator trades person in it. Told a member of staff who was passing, agreed clearly no child in the van, did nothing. Mays well shop elsewhere

I'm absolutely disgusted with Sainsburys.. I go in regular, always look for a strawberry tart at the counter at the back of the store.. they NEVER have any.. anyway I goes in tonight and they have one !!!! So I said can I have that strawberry tart please ...

NO ...

ITS 10 past 7 and we close at 7... I said but it's there and I'm here, just put it in a box.

She walked off and totally ignored me..

You can shove them.

Your a supermarket Sainsburys that means you SELL stuff to me, the paying customer.

Cafe is the slowest cafe I've been to. The ladies behind the I counter talk whilst slowly serving and are oblivious to the long line of customers waiting to be served!!!
