Really helpful staff, went out of their way to help me out, especially the lad at the key cutting booth and customer service! Thank you!

I just love the freshly baked gluten free bread. Thanks for stocking this as its the only gf bread that tastes as it should.

Ample blue badge/disabled parking spaces' very close to the main entrance/exit doors. Found almost everything that was on our shopping list. Enjoyed the food & drink selections' in the café on previous visits'. A very good shopping experience all round.

Hardly anything on the shelves and hundreds of staff running about due to some big cheese or an inspection....shame they don't think of their customers as much as facing the shelves up!

Yesterday I visited Sainsbury's in Colton near Leeds. I never use a trolley in supermarkets because almost invariably I see somebody transporting their child, wearing outdoor shoes, in the trolley. Today was no exception. The security guard never said a word to the customer about her unhygienic behaviour. It is such a nuisance having to carry a basket and go through checkout two or three times instead of once because of ignorant, dirty people.

Today there was more unhygienic behaviour to be witnessed and this time from a member of staff. I picked four loaves from the bakery section and then asked the assistant if she could slice them for me. Such a simple request that ought not to lead to any problems. I was not to be lucky. The assistant took my basket containing the loaves and put it on the floor. Then she removed the wrappers from the loaves and put the loaves back in the dirty basket before slicing each one in turn.

I went straight away to customer services, put the basket containing the now sliced loaves on the counter and requested to speak to the store manager. He was not available so I had to explain what had happened to someone lower down the chain. The usually apology followed.

I only go to Sainsbury's because I like the bread there but now I feel uncomfortable about going back to that store again to do my shopping.

Usually can’t fault sainsburys. However saying that they’ve turned most of the lights off to the entrance,

1) it’s a security problem as anyone could be attacked it’s pitch black

2) it’s a health hazard. My 80 yrs old mum almost went flying. Had she not been holding my arm she’d have been on the floor.

Disgusting you’d put your customers at risk like this

This store has a petrol station which opens at 6am only it hardly ever does at 06.10 this morning I asked a member of staff what time they opened the answer I got was it should be 6am but it will be at least another 10 or 15 minutes. It served as a reminder as to why I stopped using it as this is the norm it's appalling customer service either the staff need dealing with as they are failing in their duties to have it ready to open on time on the store needs to adjust its opening time I wasn't the only person who had to leave this morning.

Can’t Beleve Sainsbury at Colton but the most rudest women on they customer service desk and so unhelpful but me off going there again they suppose to be helpful being on customer service think your need to sort it out surprise you still have customers with them to. Will never go back there again
