We where in a bit of a tight spot when Installing our Disabled Bathroom-Wetroom; and needed to obtain a Good Priced Accessable Anti-Slip Shower Tray at very short notice, when we first came across Sanctuary Bathrooms - as our Floor Joists where destroyed by A Local Government Disabled Facilities Grant Installer of all people (Whom Cut his Notches for a Shower Drain down into around 70-80% of the Joists Depth, thus Preventing our Tray Formers to sit in the Wetroom Shower Area, due to the structural Damage).



We had our Solution just in time and it was wonderfully Packaged and in Excllent Condition at a Very Good Price.



Customer Service comes standard and we were well taken care off...



Then we needed to get a Replacement Bath on short notice, as our Installer had an Accident with a Tile that fell and cracked teh Bath Acrylic Coating; again at very short notice we were in safe hand witH Sanctuary Bathrooms.



With deepest grattitude to Richard and Daz...



I wish we knew of Sanctuary Bathrooms before wewent to Purchase the Majority of our goods for Installation, as their prices were far better than a Local Store and teh Service was easily 90% better when it came to resolving Problems.

Did one bathroom and had a nightmare buying bits from the big sheds. Second bathroom I did a bit of research and found Sanctuary. Top brands, top advice and pretty much the cheapest I could find. Can't recommend enough.

This is how a company should be run, but you find more often than not, they are not.
