Sindrome Mma Description
Run by Mark Ashworth, Sindrome MMA is a new fight school located in Leeds, Yorkshire, that focuses on teaching all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
The club is based at unit 11 sugar mill, concourse house, Leeds 11, and has now been running since 2007. In that short time it has already gathered a great group of students, who quickly became good friends, creating a unique atmosphere to learn Mixed Martial Arts. Come along to one of our classes and we're sure you will agree that Sindrome MMA is the BEST place to learn MMA in Yorkshire!

Hi lads. We are putting the Wednesday night classes on hold for a little while. Monday and Tuesday nights are on as normal. Monday 7:30 to 9 Tuesday 8 to 9:30

Hi, We have boxing coach, Ruskin Timofei coming down to Sindrome tomorrow night (Weds 11th) to take the class. He will be teaching foot work and punching techniques.
Hope to see you all down as this will be a great session to improve your boxing game.

Been going when i can since jannuary. Great place to learn and always a warm welcome. The teachers are outstanding with excellent knowledge of a range of martial arts. Groin protection highly recommend though ���.
