Well I've just got back from a two day masterclass in Cheltenham, with the amazing Robert Haynes sugar flower expert and I've had the most wonderful time!! Here are a few photos of what can be achieved with flower paste. Thank you to Lou Wood for hosting the class and for looking after us so well. I had the best time ever and I can't speak highly enough of Robert's passion for his work, but more importantly his passion for his students to learn! Feeling very privileged!! 💕💕💕
A 4 tier ivory and blush pink wedding cake, with royal icing piping, over a thousand edible pearls, and hand made wired sugar flowers and matching vintage cupcakes! I loved making all this ❤️

Oh my word! I've only gone a won a competition for one of my previous handbag cakes! This competition was held by the famous Lindy Cakes who regularly feature on Create & Craft TV! It's not perfect but it just goes to show, even us small timers can get recognition from the big boys! Lol I'm well pleased :-) Photograph of the handbag cake in the comments below 😁
