We’ve just left, unfortunately our trip didn’t go as planned, but the staff in the wacky warehouse were brilliant.
My son is autistic, he loves softplay comes regularly here so we know he can cope. Something set him off into a massive meltdown- for those that don’t no anything about a meltdown a screaming child who’s uncontrollably no matter what.
I asked for some milk and offered to pay which they refused and filled up his bottle for us, then I asked if there was somewhere quiet I could take so they offered us a room, my son wanted to leave the room and the soft play, so I took him out, to which they kindly gave us a refund, cannot thank the staff enough for the understanding and judgement free looks they gave us. This makes us feel like we can take him out
Thankyou! We will be back hopefully this time our visit will go as planned
Took the Grandkids to play then went through to the main eatery, we got a family meal to share which was delicious , staff were lovely and we all left happy and full
The staff are really friendly the food is really nice I can’t mourn anything
Live this place. Never had a bad steak yet. Kevin, the Manager are second to none. Always cheerful when they greet you. Recommend to anyone
I just want to compliment the young lady working there , I have seen her a few Thursday afternoons now recently. Sorry I didn't catch her name , I will find out if you don't know who it is.
She is fantastic at her job, always polite , happy to help , smiling , going out of her way , and lovely with customers and children . she is a credit to your company! It would be nice if customer service was this lovely everywhere ! Also we enjoyed the food too ! Great prices and yummy!

Great food , great service , although the ordering of food needs tweaking as waiting in long queues when you have children isn’t great, till should be just food and drinks should be picked up at another bar area with a receipt after ordering making the ordering of food quicker 😊

Great food and helpful service in the bar. Great place to eat. But the Wacky Warehouse was not staffed by the advertised two members of staff and though we kept a check on our children, others didn't. Resulting in my two daughters who wouldn't hurt a fly running out after being shook and punched by two over excited boys. After reassuring them they went back in and I witnessed one of the boys gesture a kick to my eldest's head as she came up the soft stairs. No staff in sight. Disappointed and my daughters won't be wanting to go to a play gym again. High spirits is one thing, uncontrolled and unmonitored children is another.
