Went there for new year booked our table a while ago first class manager and staff great entertainment and a first class buffet would recommend you pay a visit you will not be disappointed can't wait till season opens

Went 3 days on the spin .

Great owners and staff ,drinks very reasonable priced.

Football on every screen.

Great new years eve with great buffet and entertainment.

Loved it family friendly bar.

We went there for New Year's Eve. Shaun and his staff were efficient and friendly. My husband loved the buffet. The entertainment was great especially Mavmak the two singers.

We Always love coming to sunnys, we have a ball everytime, entertainment is always spot on, as for the food it’s always amazing cooked from fresh everytime no matter how busy they are, they staff are great always smiling see you all in few weeks

So you lot at sunnys bar have got the great pleasure of working along side our Dee and tasting her amazing food! I'm sure you have worked out by now that there isnt much that Dee doesn't do when it comes to catering and the little she doesn't know she will make it her business to find out! I've had the pleasure of working with Dee and knowing her for coming on 10 years and I know that any work place is only going to thrive with having Dee as a member of the team! Customers will not only love her food but also her wit and humour, I will defo be coming to visit I'm just hoping when I do one of Dee's currys will be on the menu as they are to die for! You business will only thrive even more having some one like our Dee working with you! Have a great season see you all soon x

So we have stayed on winkups in a caravan for a new years break. From recommendation off the caravan owner we booked tickets for new years eve for sunnys bar. We picked our tickets up the day before as living in Manchester I had spoken to kev on the phone and reserved our tickets . What a lovley guy. So genuine and helpful. So news years eve. We had a table reserved with other family members (15 of us ). Such a enjoyable night. Comedian and a group on . Buffet provided for all who attended which was delicious . Great atmosphere . Great music. Lovely bar staff who are very polite and always have a smile even though they were rushed off thier feet . Met some lovley people. We had a chat with the owner and complimented him on how well New year's eve was organised . Your staff are a credit to you. All work so hard and are all very friendly

Made us feel very welcome . Would 100% recommend sunnys to anyone staying in Towyn. We have had such a good little New year break and hope to see all at sunnys again sometime in 2018. Thankyou to all at sunnys for a great time and making us all feel very welcome ��

Since it's under new management it's cleaner. The waiting on staff are fab, especially the young girl with the dark wavy hair..And her Mum. The Chefs are great..The Double Act :)

Our food was delicious when these guys cooked it every night.

We are looking for next years hols and only booking within walking of Sunnys for our tea :D

Called in today for one Sunday lunch and one steak pie , food arrived in ten minutes during which time we got our drinks from the bar .

Good food good prices and good staff , what more could you want.

Brill staff, very friendly. Made to feel really welcome. Beer was spot on and quite cheap aswell. And the pub grub, well that made it. Gorgeous!!! The lasagne is to die for. Cant wait to go back. See you soon guys.

Took my children here for food and entertainment. I would reccomend. The staff were great and the food was good with hygiene rating 5. The entertainment was not as great as it could have been. I feel they should have a family night with entertainment for children earlier on, as there was quite a few children in. They also gave my little girl a free ice cream as she only wanted a small desert.

Excellent bar and pub grub watched the match here yesterday , very clean and staff really friendly, television screens literally everywhere , shaun and partner and staff are great, very well reccomended for all , great for all the family , at peak times be early to get a good seat , haloween here is truly fantastic *****

We visited the Sunnys bar on Friday and Saturday night and both nights we had problems with the bouncer on the door.

The 1st night he made crude comments in front of my 15 year old step daughter and also mentioned about my step sons mum who Sadley passed away years ago and told him if he couldn't take a "mum joke" he would leather him outside and the second night around 10:45pm me and my husband with his two children, one of his children had a glass j20 bottle the same the bouncer from the pervouis night snatched the bottle out of his hand and told him he couldn't take it out the front very aggressively and then said if my husband that if he wanted to take the problem outside he would sort him out and he was lucky that he had his kids with him. This in front of 2 kids is disgusting behaviour from any SIA badged person.

I was a pub manager for 5 years and if I had someone like that on my door I would be ashamed these people are supposed to look after you not try and cause fights! Think this person needs to be reviewed and taught how to do the job!

As for the pub it's a nice place in the day and I wouldn't recommend families to go here from our experience I have had and I wouldn't certainly be recommended to friends and family!

The karaoke dj is one horrible man with a terrible attitude .. ive been goin tha pub for over 20 yrs wen i come to towyn for weekends away.. loved it wen it was main st.. now its sunnys bar an as i say tha karaoke man needs a new job . Its obvious he hates his job n shouldnt b ther .. tha place wil go down soon if he stays .. he duznt no how to smile n is just a horrible man .. bet few must people must agree with me .. i will still allways come towyn on weekends away but would never drink in ther again til tha nobheads gone .. go the seagull people if u want karaoke n decent djs n staff ... simple

We ordered...3 cokes and a still water (waitress said we only do bottled water!!!!) Had to go through to the bar to get a fizzy orange for one of our party!!!

Waited over 3/4hour for food, people who had come in before us were served and almost eaten their food before us...our drinks still hadn’t been served when our food came out...when we asked waitress where the drinks where she said what did you order!!! No glasses came with the cans of coke was told if we wanted a glass to go through to the bar to get them ourselves as they don’t do glasses!!

Food wasn’t ewt to shout home about...carvery was sliced turkey, frozen roasties(which were like rocks) a burnt yorkie pud, stuffing the size of a sprout but as hard a stone frozen veg and watery gravy...my hubby and friend had gammon and chips (gammon on the well done side so as tough as leather) a spoon full of beans wouldn’t even fill an egg cup with them...another friend had Hunters chicken and chips which she said wasn’t too bad!!

Best of all though we had ordered and 10mins after we had ordered the waitress returned (no drinks in hand) but the cheek of asking us if we could pay now!!!!! We know why they did if we hadn’t had paid we would have left....total disgrace need to get more staff and ones with descent people and cooking skills!!!l

We went here yesterday for lunch, myself and my partner ordered a roast dinner, which was half a roast chicken, potatoes, stuffing and vegetables. The chicken had a strange horrible smell to it, the vegetables had been cooked that long they were limp and lifeless, the gravy wasn’t all that nice and I didn’t attempt to eat the stuffing ball as I might of snapped my teeth whilst trying to chew through it. I didn’t even enjoy my tasteless coffee, felt rather ill afterwards, just thinking of the smell from the meal. Our daughters had a pizza and chips between them, which wasn’t anything to shout about either, the pizza was a cheap 20pence frozen one and my eldest said that the chips smelt funny. I can honestly say we’ll never eat here ever again, we dine out on a regular basis, ranging from various places all over merseyside and holiday destinations and this was by far the worst food any of us have ever tasted, we now know exactly why the waitress asked us to pay upfront because if we hadn’t we probably would of told her to stuff her dinner where the sun don’t shine. Piss poor food and awful decor. Needs a serious update into the twenty first century!!!

Been going to this place for a few years now been a brill place to take the family for a great nite out intill tonite wot a joke the landlord is he cudnt get his own way with a bloke so he hit a women wot was with him, called a 11 year old a tramp n kicked a 15 year old. The place has really gone down hill and I will defo NOT be recommending the place to anyone !!!!
