T2 Tea

My hubby and I visited the shop this evening to buy a present for someone. We were served by Heather who is an absolute credit to this store. She was beyond helpful and so knowledgeable and really friendly. It's a shame more retail employees don't have Heather's customer service skills xx

I've popped in a few times recently and the service is always exceptional! Yesterday I came in (around midday) and was greeted by a lovely woman with blonde hair and a man with dark hair, I didn't get their names but they were so friendly and helpful, they really deserve some recognition for their customer service! (I was also given some tea samples to take away too, made my day!) ��

I come in from time to time to check out the beautiful and vibrantly coloured crockery (which my girlfriend dismisses with "It looks like a clown threw-up on it"). She does, however, like the tea and yesterday purchased 25 bags of the best earl grey tea I have ever tasted. Fragrant, delicate, floral and with none of the bitter aftertaste I normally experience with other brands of earl grey (yes Twinings, I'm looking at you. Don't think you can shuffle behind Sainsburys and pretend you're not there. Also, Sainsburys, see me after class. We have to discuss exactly what went wrong with your 'Spiced Chai'). Milk optional (girlfriend with, me without) we now have a mutual understanding that, whenever either of us is at BW, regardless of whether we need any, we will always pick up 25 bags of your Earl Grey.

Highly recommend for tea lovers! You can try before you buy and find the best flavour for you!
