Well happy with my experience especially with the cafe seam organised and clean

This is for the amazing customer service provided by Maggi at the click and collect counter. I returned a faulty microwave as instructed by Tesco Direct who then claimed to know nothing about it. Maggi got it sorted with a lot of persistence!

Excellent customer service from George at the Bakery Dept. George is always very approachable and friendly cheerful and goes above and beyond to help Thankyou George!

Big thumbs up to the pharmacist who spotted that the doctor had prescribed too much medication for my baby daughter!

The cafe was ok need a bit more room, nice cup of tea,

Staff at the till lovely very helpful, and can have a joke with them.

Always fine that.

I liked that the cafe had returned to a more conventional eatery

The main store is fantastic, especially the scan and shop - so much choice, but the cafe is disgraceful, waited 20 minutes for a cup of tea and 30minutes for the food, which was cold on arrival. Staff lethargic and no sense of urgency and overall a poor experience. Did inform customer service who apologised and explained the cafe is not part of Tesco's - it turned out the chef had rang in sick, but looking at other reviews it must be a common occurrence- think you need a new chef as the cafe may not be managed by Tesco but it seriously affects your reputation!

Went into cafe ordered 2 coffees then given a number and told would be brought to table - 15 minutes later still not arrived - cafe wasn't busy - had to go and ask for it - it was sat on the side she brought it over and it was cold

Absolutely disgraceful dump of a cafe. Only ordered 3 Americanos and 3 toasted teacakes with jam. Teacakes took 10 minutes and arrived without jam. Terry got jam but now we're still waiting for coffee after 30 minutes. All cutlery filthy with dried on food.

the way i get treated at tesco seacroft is a bloody joke i use the chemist to get my meds and they look down there noses and push us to the back of cue

Very rude young man at the till, dirty tables and very poor choice of cakes/scones etc

Their was a terrible stench on the fridge isle still it's been like it for weeks now n still not sorted

The person who served us was not at all friendly and yawned, stretched and turned away as he handed me the receipt. Not the way to treat customers or anybody, for that matter.

Ridiculous customer service at the cafe. Paid for a toastie and a coffee thinking it would be fast before work only to have to enquire 15 minutes later about the whereabouts of my toastie.

I was then told “They’re doing it now” so they’d obviously forgotten about it.

When it finally arrived I was given no apology and it was dumped on my table by a very miserable member of staff. I had to ask for it to be put in a takeaway bag to eat whilst walking to work as this time delay left me with no time. Will not be returning

Me and my friend went for a big English breakfast. We left very disappointed. Big breakfast dint come with mushrooms and no ships as well. And the bacon was green and burn. The toast was burn as well. Not good at

I'm currently in the store cafe, after being ignored at the till for 10 minutes. The girl who took the my order was rude beyond belief ( dyed red hair ) her attitude was bad mannered and it was almost as if I was upsetting her because she had to do something!

I couldn't find the (free from) vegan/veggie range of food. I asked a member of staff who was so rude so didn't even look at me just told me aisle 12 and 31 (we were stood in aisle 10). Aisle 12 had milk and yogurts not one single item was diary free my elderly mum and I couldn't find aisle 31 and the man on the self serve infirmed me there were no managers available to take my complaint....So I went to Morrisons were I was treated as a valued customer. Tesco you are a disgrace......never again !!
