Lovely helpful people, and always running great competitions for the kids ��

Did some shopping at tesco at Brighouse smashing bunch of workers and then had tea in the cafe. Fish, chips mushy peas tarter sauce and a lovely cup of tea.

As always, fantastic customer service! Cannot fault anything about tesco's in Brighouse!

Absolutely brilliant breakfast and speedy service very cheap to.

Always feel more miserable when visit this store...not much happiness around�

call in Brighouise cafe for there all day breakfast at 2pm the waitress said 15min .wait fine the food arrived 18mins later , what a shock food cold and on a cold plate fried food not a good idea the only thing fresh cooked were the eggs rest of food warmed in microwave asked a member of staff to please sort it and the reply was you can have your money back, my reply no would like hot breakfast came back again microwaved and a cold plate. never used to be like this will not bother going again, and the staff were no help, never again

Weren't impressed with the cafe - ordered jacket potato with beans & a cup of tea x2 at the cost of £9.97 - the microwave'd tasting potato's was just aired ( not hot ) no butter on & one tiny piece of lettuce to garnish on each plate - I would have expected at least a side salad 🥗 for that price - lettuce,tomato,cucumber & onions - i won't be ordering that again - my mother was disappointed in hers too - lovely girl serving us - very polite - but the meal was very sad for the money paid 👎

Quite disappointed to be told by your colleagues at Brighouse that they can't enforce the parent and child or disabled parking spaces. I've witness 3 cars leave the spaces - all with no children. Makes it difficult to use the store if I can't get my baby out.....think next time I'll go to Asda where it is enforced

No stars at all. Their coffee shop, a Costa franchise, couldn't sell us coffees as they'd run out of beams, this despite the fact that said coffee shop is a few feet from a shelf stuffed full of them. Don't bother telling me about Costa's rules. You're a set of useless jobsworths without even a rudimentary sense of customer service.

got a portion of chips well about ten altogether which was like razor blades that bad my granddaughter nearly choked got another portion and they were just the same and a cold coffee costing nearly £3 staff have no manners or patience

The café was full of little flies and then menu had hardly any choice. All empty tables were also dirty. Won't be going there again unfortunately.
