Tesco Superstore

Went in today for a few bits went into a fridge and caught My new coat as it was a Christmas present I was upset explained to customer services who got a lovely lady duty manager looked at my coat and as it was z bobbly coat it couldn't be pulled though the manager apologised and then paid for the coat WOW very impressed wasn't about that but tesco you are my 2016 stars well done

Very pleasant shopping trip this evening and very pleasant staff member jake served me on the till

Used the new Scan and Shop, easy to use and you can bag up on the way round. You just need to have a random selection of items scanned at the end and done!

I have just been to tesco i needed help to be pushed round in a wheelchair because someone had the scooter and they left me to it i had to do it myself a lady called diane that works on the tills came off her till to push me in the wheelchair and help me reach the things i needed on the shelves there was three bosses stood looking at me they said they was deciding what to do i have never been so disgusted. In my life they made me feel sorry for being disabled and needing help

Really disappointed in what is usually a good store...Dead pigeon splattered all over the car park.. Lots of blood.. Lovely for a child to see ! Reported it to customer services who were already aware of it and had done nothing.. Half an hour later when I came back out it was still there.. If I knew it was still going to be there when I came back out and therefore had allowed for more time I would have asked for a shovel and done it myself !

Tesco brand match, what a load of bollox, just bought a litre of Smirnoff vodka for £19 asked about brand match and got told you have to buy 10 items or more

I am fed up with being stopped as i leave the shop as everytime i purchase meat i get stopped at the exit and asked to return to show proof of purchase its extreamly embarrassing having people looking at me when i have to search for the item which has made the bleeper go off esspecially as yesterday the peice of meat in question was only 5.00 pounds and the security man was not very helpfull i am 72 years old and in the end he sent me to customer care to get it sorted which we did they treated me fine

Still overcharging customers for 2 weeks after an offer expired and your customer service staff are rude. Picture attached.

Rude customer service staff who were not only rude to me but to each other - felt sorry for the girl training on there.

Poor staff or at least the ones I've spoken to putting stuff out that can't be sold that pure stupid

I think tesco is ridiculously over priced on absolutely everything! Asda is a millions times better.

Hi Tesco, really disappointed lately. Came in to the store late on Weds night (4th) to buy fruit and steak mince. Went to use both today, only to find that ALL my items had a best before date of 6th Jan! £4 for beef steak mince with such a short date. Further horrified to find that my short date blueberries have already gone mouldy! Especially sad because I have a Tyramine allergy and this means mould makes me ill as I'm allergic to it. Really Tesco, dates on products (especially for the prices you charge!) should be much longer. Back to Aldi I go!
