this is probably our sixth time that we have had a function at the Bridge, and we were very impressed with the room we hired and the food we enjoyed. we keep going back because we get good service and excellent value.

What a fantastic place. We came to the hotel with friends, and the evening and stay over were a present from the friends. We had a great time, room was fab entertainment was fab and the food and staff were fab. We will certainly be back. Thank you to you all.

Went on a spa day today . Was lovely . Plenty off things to do . Realy relaxing . Then had a carvery meal afterwards . Will be returning x

We stayed in room 12 which is a club room and included a decanter of port and chocolates.

We were on a Superbreak dinner special which included dinner on the 1st night and cream tea the following day.

We also had a sharing platter on day 1.

The food is very tasty and lots of choice,especially breakfasts.

It's beautiful and clean and a 5 minute drive from the town center.

We forgot to take swim wear for the spa so didn't use but will do next time.

We had such a lovely christening day for our daughter Isabelle. We really couldn’t fault your venue or service, it was all fabulous! Special thanks to Marisa and also the duty manager that was on that day, he couldn’t do enough to help but I’m sorry I can’t remember his name! Would certainly come back for another function. We booked a groupon deal and it was well worth the money. The spa area is quite small but we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and steam room. We also had a mud treatment which was good fun. The food was lovely too and staff very friendly and attentive.

The food was incredible,waiting to go into the spa, but definitely 10/10 for the food

Second time I've visited and I love this place. Staff are very nice and welcoming, bar staff are very polite! And the so facilities are always 100%. I stayed over and the rooms were lovely too. The massages were very relaxing, Will deffo be back!

Oh it's great, lovely place to unwind, the staff are very nice too! The food is outstanding and the ambeance good. Highly recommend it, however unfortunately the out door hot tub was out of order? and a dissapointment!

Just had a fantastic weekend here, would recommend to anyone. The hotel room was lovely and they accomendated us by putting an extra bed in our room so 3 people could sleep together. The food is lovely and you have a great choice for breakfast and evening meal. The spa was amazing and the staff were so helpful. I feel so relaxed. I will definately go again. X

It was great room was big and very clean . Staff where very nice and helpfull the spa was amazing had 2 treatments and used the spa for the day felll great . Will be going back again

I celebrated 1 of my 70th birthday parties there with 7 of my friends we enjoyed every minute of our stay.The staff were more then friendly and were very helpful.And the food was excellent and the veggie option was so tastfull(for a change)The bar area was pleasant and our rooms were clean and comfortable.I don't know were the lady stayed who complained about the Bridge inn but it certainly wasn't the same place we stayed.

Had a lovely 2 course meal and 3 hour spa session. Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and relaxed space. Will return again.

Had a fabulous afternoon here with my mother at the spa. Absolutely lovely staff, serene ambience, yet quirky at the same time. Came away feeling thoroughly relaxed and refreshed, and we intend to return for a full weekend in the summer. Celebrated our wedding blessing and reception here in December. Couldn't fault anything. The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, the room was decorated beautifully for us and the food was amazing. (Not a scrap of hog roast left) The bedrooms were great and all our guests commented what a beautiful hotel it was. So glad we chose to celebrate our special day here ���

Birthday treat we had a great time the mud chamber was amazing, staff very nice & overall a lovely place, in places could do with a bit of TLC but we enjoyed our day

Been here around 4 times to wedding and parties the place is stunning beautiful gardens. Rooms are to a high standard. Now let's get on to the food well all I can say is the chef needs a pay rise the food is excellent breakfast/buffets/carvery/wedding meals the food we had at ydays wedding was just amazing. I am yet to try the spa but heard great things about it. Thankyou team Bridge Inn

Was a few hickups from being given wrong room to charged wrong for meal and plug not working in bath but all the staff and especially management were fantastic and sorted everything out in an instant. We were even given free drinks at the bar for our trouble. It is a lovely hotel and the spa is very good also. Food was lovely on the evening and so was breakfast highly recommend booking a package deal great value and if you can i suggest upgrading to a suite they are well worth the extra money. Keep up the fantastic customer service.

The place is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Bridge Hotel & Spa with a spa and treatment package. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. We found the spa and treatment relaxing and felt there was enough to do to fill our three hour time slot. The food was good for the price, however carvery vegetables a little over cooked. The breakfast had a good range of choice.

We would definitely stay again.

I liked it very much but my roast beef dinner was very very chewy that spoiled it a little the surrounding was beautiful staff brilliant and very helpful service was brilliant I would go back and I would recommend it but I won't have the beef �

Had a lovely afternoon at the spa. The hot tub and plunge pool were great too, especially as it was a sunny day and we could relax outside. Unfortunately one of the foot spas was broken and the Applewood sauna was out of use which was disappointing. The spa is small but space is well used to make the most of the facilities. This is ideal when not busy as there is just enough to do. I would recommend that when a special occasion e.g. birthday or hen party that they have exclusive use as you feel a little bit like you are gate crashing with the space being small. My friend and I had the mud treatment, it was lovely. We would visit again as it was good value when everything is working.

There was an awful smell in the toilet also which smelt like the bins needed emptying.

Excellent stay from Saturday night to Sunday morning with a very good breakfast slight improvement required re cooking the bacon as various members thought it was undercooked otherwise it was all very tasty also the coffee was excellent one of the best I’ve ever drunk, the staff were very accommodating and friendly overall a excellent experience and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone also the dog we had wasn’t a problem. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Visited for a spa day and lunch with my husband. Food was lovely. We enjoyed the mud rusual treatment which I would highly recommend. Unfortunately the steam room which is my favourite within a spa smelt heavily of sewage. So much so that I couldn't stay inside as it made me retch and was far from relaxing. I wouldn't hurry back for that reason alone.

Stayed with a friend on a one night spa break. Room lovely but on closer inspection was filthy behind the bedside cabinet! Enjoyed spa but treatments overpriced for what you get. Food was nice but disappointing that the only carvery meat was gammon.

Stayed here for a night with my husband for my birthday. We started off with a mud rasul which I enjoyed and came out with lovely soft skin. This is good value for £20 per person. Then spent the afternoon in the spa. To be honest it needs a swimming pool as we struggled to find enough to do to stay for the 3 hours as theres only so long you can spend in steam rooms and saunas.

The meals were fine but just standard carvery/self serve stuff.

We paid for an upgraded room before arrival and to be honest im not sure how much basic the rooms could be. It was a small room and the bed was two singles pushed together! The bathroom very basic again, nothing plush. For the price we paid (£220 for the night).

We weren't unhappy with our stay but for the money expected more luxury than what we got.

Had a spa day, was nice as the weather was perfect and sunny. The hot tub and saunas are outside so lovely if the weather is good. Bit tatty in some places and could do with a refresh. One of the foot spas was out of order too. Food and staff lovely.

Bit disappointed that you had to book the basic spa facilities. ie sauna, Steam room etc. And you had to pay extra for the basics.

As been to many spa hotels & have all been open to residents stopping at the hotel. I understand the treatments needed to be booked in advance ie massage, facials etc. is understandable. But not the basics.
