The Comrades Description
The Comrades Club in Heckmondwike is fast becoming one of the premier live music venues in Yorkshire. Regular events include monthly band and acoustic nights, along with ad-hoc Tribute nights and special events, such as Single /Album Launch events. In addition to the 'members room' which includes pool, snooker and darts, the club has a fantastic concert room, which boasts a fully functioning theatre style raised stage, which is home to the live music events. This room is also available for private parties and events, and catering is available. The atmosphere at the Comrades is always warm and friendly, and the beer is the cheapest for miles! So, come on down to one of the events, or just to relax in the club for a drink. Everyone welcome : )
