The people here are just class. Had such a good night. The bar man is fucking gorgeous.

Popped in for a meal and drink and a fabulous menu was provided and not just the obvious things. Food freshly cooked and tasted fabulous. The chef spoke to us and couldn't be nicer asking what we thought of dinner. The bar girl smiling and willing to bring over drinks once ordered. A truly pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. When in Leeds again shall certainly be going back.

I thought it was a lovely little pub. I immediately felt at ease. It was clean and the barmaid was very lovely and friendly. First time there but it wonŌĆÖt be the last time.

I hosted a Meetup this week and had a great night. Tom was very welcoming and it was easy to arrange, having spoken to him a few weeks earlier. The pub is lovely and has drinks available for everyone's tastes. Will definitely be hosting another event here!

I attended here on Saturday night, my partner and I wanted somewhere local with a good atmosphere and some music. We certainly found that here 5 star feeling. The only thing that would let it down, if we were to come along in the day is that they do not serve food. So would only be enjoyable on an evening out.

Had a lovely night before and after the light parade yesterday in here, barman was brilliant in helping us select drinks and directing us to where we needed to be next. Will definitely be be coming back, thank you ’┐Į

Good gaff bar man was a good laugh. This is a nice place, clean with a decent atmosphere. Some good tunes playing on the back ground but not too loud to drown out conversation

Fantastic beer and service, friendly atmosphere and convenient location for the centre of town. Often meet up with friends here for a good social night. The manager 'Tom' has always been very welcoming and a great host. If you're looking for a warm and friendly place to either relax with a couple of drinks or to start your night out then I highly recommend this place.

We went for a night out at this city centre pub with a group of friends, and we had a great evening! Good selection of drinks, ciders & beers, both local and imported. And we tried four shots of Cactus for no more than five pound - which went down well.



The interior is very lively, with good views over the Headrow through large windows.



Friday nights are eighties nights, so there was a nice choice of music coming from the speakers. Highlight was The The's This is the day - hadn't heard that one for a while!



We were with an international crowd, about fifty in total, and we happily mixed with the rest of the pub. The locals were friendly and chatty.



Recommended!

Holds an open mic night every Monday which always lives up to expectation without a doubt each and every time

A welcoming bar , lovely irish barmaid Tara is very friendly and helpful ' would highly reccomend this bar to everyone.

The DJ ..made our sat night loved the tunes ..will be back

Played a show here last Saturday night with my band Felka. We really enjoyed playing and were well received. The staff were attentive and told me which were the best drinks deals for the night so I could save a bit of bob. And the atmosphere was positive and happy through-out the night. Would definitely recommend to stop off here on pub runs and nights out! :)
