Would totally recommend, not usually a fan of classes but the gang give you so much confidence! The classes are a good size and always varied. PT sessions are well planned and again plenty of encouragement and motivation given! Thanks guys ��

What a lovely atmosphere, never felt so comfortable and welcome in a gym in my life! Looking forward to returning!

Total contrast to any other gym we've been to. The routines are always different and there is a variety of classes so you get a mixture of cardio, strength, flexibility and core work. Coaches are excellent ensuring your form is correct and can adapt exercises to suit your fitness level. A friendly atmosphere - a great environment to train in with an abundance of motivation and encouragement .

The locker is relaxed, fun and friendly and the supportive coaches push you to be the best you can be and are incredibly mindful of every persons individual goal. I can not recommend the locker enough, it makes exercise enjoyable and addictive!

The locker is a great place to workout, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, it caters for everybody no matter wot shape, size or fitness levels yr at, Helen and Stella seriously know their stuff!! I cnt rate this place enough wish I could get more often.

The best that I've ever done is meet Stella! I was training 6 days a week and getting nowhere and constantly going round in circles with nutrition and not really knowing what I was doing and listening to too many people. Stella listened to what I wanted to achieve and put a nutrition plan in place for me. I wasn't able to train with her at The Locker as I live too far away but she did advise me on cutting back what I was doing and what was the best kind of exercise to achieve my goal. She is the first person that has actually explained why I needed to eat certain foods together and what foods were good/ not so good! I needed someone to say "NO" to me and she certainly did that but also with lots of encouragement. Her knowledge is immense and no question is a stupid question. I lost 17lbs in 12 weeks and a total of 12 inches.I'm definitely going to keep going, it's a life changer for me, not just for the 12 weeks - I've never felt so good!! I would definitely recommend Stella to kick you anyone into shape :)

The Locker is a great place. The atmosphere is second to none no egos & no pressures. Both coaches Helen & Stella have great patients & a massive understanding of what your needs are to get where you want to be. A good friendly place to go with excellent coaches.

The Locker has completely changed my lifestyle and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the team. My sister and I initially joined for personal training, our trainer is Stella. I couldn't ask for a better mentor, role model, coach and friend. This place has really started my new journey in life for the better. I was one of those people who always made excuses not to go to the gym. I now jump out of bed in the mornings excited to get fit. The Locker makes training fun and everyone is very welcoming. I Highly recommend The Locker guys! Give Stella or Helen a message or a call you won't regret it, trust me

No matter what size or shape you are or at what level from absolute beginners to professionals the locker is a great place for u all! Helen and Stella are the nicest people you can meet and train with Helen is an excellent personal trainer really knows her stuff! Highly recommend!

Love coming to the locker! Always a fab atmosphere and the coaches are great! Plenty of classes to chose from so I can fit them around work. Love my weekly pt on a Wednesday! Barbell Overload is a must on a Sunday! � would recommend to anyone at any fitness level, always something for everyone!

I've only trained at The Locker a couple of times, but it's now firmly part of my weekend routine. Awesome training, with great tips from Chris and Stella as you're working. I've trained in alot of gyms, and the coaching here is second to none. My only problem is that I can't get there more than once a week :)

I've been to a lot of gyms/ fitness centres and I can safely say this is one of the best I've been to. It's well laid out and functional. The classes are varied, well structured and challenging. The instructors are some of the best I've trained with and the atmosphere is electric. Everyone makes you feel at home and very relaxed. The hardest step is just getting through the door for the first time but when you do it definitely won't be the last.

Amazing place, awesome instructors and fantastic atmosphere. Achieve your goals, you won't be dissapointed.

I literally cannot get enough of the locker!! Fab crew & totally awesome staff constantly pushing & guiding you in all the right ways. Never met a bunch of people so upbeat & encouraging to each other in a long while #lockerforlife

I have trained at The Locker since it opened and have to say it's the best gym ever! I'm quite a quiet person but have always felt welcome and comfortable training here. All members are so friendly and encourage each other to do well. The coaches are amazing and genuinely interested in supporting individuals to reach their goals (no matter what that may be!). The training and nutrition advice is second to none . I would be lost without The Locker. Totally recommend it!

I have been going to a lot of gyms and fitness centres since I started my fitness journey and I must say this is by far the best one around. Here you not just a number or that person that turns up to do a workout. At the locker you are someone!!! they know you by name, make you feel at home make you feel like yes you can do it. Wish I had started coming sooner. The locker is the best place to go and the best place to be xxx

I fell upon Stella and subsequently the Locker in search of dietary advice, the support I have had has been phenomenal. Stella and Helen have a holistic approach to health and well being, I have changed habits and become more mindful of my body's needs and hopefully its potential. The Locker is a lot more than a gym, it's an education!

How can one sum up The locker? The best place to start for me is with Helen McCrea. I have been following Helen for about four years and training my arse off with her by my side, pushing me when i needed it and supportive at all times. she is an inspiration and a friend and i would NEVER dream of going anywhere else. I lost two stone just following the most basic elements of her nutrition and training advice (of which she has studied and put into practice for years)... Then i joined the locker and met the Sewells and my training life was complete. David Parkinson, Hells, Stella Sewell and Chris Sewell....they r my family now. Wouldn't train anywhere else....EVER! !! When your trainers are packed with knowledge and constantly learning, reading, studying their trade/industry....and approaching each person as an individual with their own goals and lifestyles...what more could you want? ???

Hands down the best gym in the North East !! Awesome and knowledgable trainers with your best interest at heart and the loveliest members too. Training there in groups or one on one is aways enjoyable surrounded by likeminded people that all support each other's goals and achievements. Never judged, always encouraged and supported !!!
