The Lockwood Description
We are an exciting and family run local bar and kitchen just on the outskirts of Huddersfield centre.
We aim to satisfy everyone’s needs, whether you fancy a mid week chat with the pleasantly landlord or staff, over your favourite tipple, a relaxing wine, or just a drink of a good pulled pint, we are the place to you'll want to be.
We serve a good ole Sunday lunch in a relaxed and informal environment all home cooked and using fresh ingredients bought locally.
During the week we try keep it fun with pool, darts, dominos or just plain good old banter, but at the weekend The Lockwood becomes a great live music venue showcasing the best local bands around.
We also have our very own karaoke to be able to get a party started when ever required, plus jukebox full of fantastic tunes which it don't take much to turn up for the right audience.
Just as alittle extra we have a great function room with bar for any of your family events, meetings or group session, a few great bands have rehearsed in this room in the past too.
So basically we are a local that wants to be your local.

I've played a couple of times at The Lockwood. Always a great atmosphere. Matty is a great bloke and Top landlord. Punters are up for a good shindig and theres a great selection of beers etc. Awesome. 5☆☆☆☆☆
