Volunteer help needed - if you can spare a couple hours on a Thursday between 10.30 and 2.30 to help at the luncheon club we would love to hear from you.

We would like to wish you a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at the Maurice Jagger Centre.
The Centre is closed next week and re-opens on the 2nd January. The first lunch clubs of 2019 are Wednesday the 9th and Thursday the 10th January. We look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year.

Thank you to all those who supported our Autumn Fayre on Saturday, we had a successful day and raised £1900 we appreciate your support and friendship.

Come and join us at our popular annual Autumn Fair between 10 am and 2 pm Raffles, Tombola, Cakes and Various Stalls plus Refreshments, sandwiches and hot lunch available.

Please note the Centre is closed from the 7th to the 22nd July for its summer break.

Don't forget RachAls Kitchen serving quiche, salad, sticky toffee pudding, tea /coffee at the Centre this Friday the 15th June. Only £6.50.
Also a big thank you to RachAls Kitchen for the quiche they made for the Beetle Drive last Saturday, it was delicious.

The next drop in lunch at the Maurice Jagger Centre is a week tomorrow, Friday the 18th May between 11.30 am and 1 pm. Everyone is welcome.
This month’s lunch, provided by RachAl’s kitchen, is Meat and Potato Pie with Mushy Peas and Gravy, Fruit Meringue, Tea/Coffee. The cost is £6.50 so really good value.

Hi everyone the next drop in lunch at the Maurice Jagger Centre is a week this Friday, the 20th April between 11.30 am and 1 pm. Everyone is welcome.
This month’s yummy lunch, provided by RachAl’s kitchen, is Beef Lasagne, Tiramisu, Tea/Coffee. The cost is £6.50 so really good value.
Come and check out the Centre. You might just find it a great location to hold your regular group meetings or special events. Also check out our website. Do you have a family member or friend who needs to get out and about? There is loads going on every day from Tai Chi, Gentle Exercise, Whist, Lunch Clubs, Memory Lane cafe, Stroke Support plus many many more.

Happy New Year from everyone at the Maurice Jagger Centre.
The luncheon clubs are back on from next week, Wednesday the 10th and Thursday the 11th January. We look forward to seeing all our regular lunch club customers.
We currently have vacancies for both lunch clubs so ring the Centre or pop in for a chat.

We have just had the Whist Groups Christmas Lunch today catered by Rachals Kitchen. Lovely people, good food and service to match, well done to you all. Everyone really enjoyed the afternoon a success.

Some important dates you might find useful.
The Centre closes for Christmas on the 23rd December and reopens on the 2nd January.
There will be no Luncheon Club on Wed and Thurs the 20th and 21st December and Wed and Thursday the 3rd and 4th January. Back to normal after that.
