Went to Sunshine when catching up with my best friend after a while. The staff are welcoming, friendly and fun and the sandwiches blooming lovely. They were trying out special halloumi sticks while we were there and even gave us a free sample. Recommended!

Loved my little visit today with 2 little ones who enjoyed their colouring and cake (which I didn't get to try )and I enjoyed my coffee and yummy sandwich... it was divine .: the choice of white or brown is not the only option here to tickle your tastebuds lots of choices and highly recommend the sweet potatos. I have booked for afternoon tea for our next visit and hopefully try the ever popular chocolate scotch eggs ... thank you guys had a great time. Also the other customers are fab . Young man came out and helped me inside with the pushchair and held the door open for us too we were spoilt today

Just discovered this little place and it's now my number 1 favourite place to go. Cupcakes are heavenly and delicious home made chicken in breadcrumbs was to die for. Lovely little tea house, vintage decor just beautiful xxxxx

Also wanted to add something after seeing something on trip advisor about the staff recently. The staff are all lovely, I think it's great that the owner gives opportunities to young people to help build their skills. This is a unique, relaxed, casual, vintage tearoom it feels homely, its not like Betty's tearoom where you have robotic waiters dressed in penguin suits calling you sir and madam and giving cardboard, stiff service!

I took my mum here as a belated birthday treat, after being reccomended by a friend. Well we were not disappointed! I booked the afternoon tea for us both which was very reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. My mum upgraded hers for 2 pound extra for a hot sandwich instead of cold. I ordered the smoked salmon with lemon mayo on sundried tomato bread and my mum ordered the chicken royale also on sundried tomato bread. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We were also served warm cheese scones with butter. They just melted in the mouth. My mum doesn't like butter so the lovely lady who runs the place was happy to give my mum some cream cheese instead. After our savouries we were served a delicious selection of cakes. These included half a white chocolate brownie each, a ginger scone served with jam and cream, a sultana scone also served with jam and cream (These were huge!!!) And a cupcake each. We ended up taking a fair bit home with us as we were stuffed. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything and overall there's a fantastic atmosphere. I shall definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon

I only found out about this place recently and my god I've been missing out! I really fancied a cake, which normally I'm a savoury person, so I popped in on my way home from work this evening and bought the salted caramel brownie, my intention was to eat 1/2 today and save the other 1/2 for tomorrow, however, I gobbled it one go, it was incredible! I'm definitely going back soon, I eyed up the fruit scone and chocolate orange brownie too! пњљ

Had the most amazing afternoon tea at Sunshine bakery today. Was greeted with a lovely warm welcome. We sat in the garden which is a secret haven. Our hostesses were very attentive and was happy to chat and take a couple of photos. The freshly made sanwiches are tasty and a generous size. The cupcakes and scones are delicious but the brownies are to die for. They are mouth wateringly good. Thank you for a lovely afternoon see you again soon x

Had a gorgeous lunch here today! The owner is super friendly and the decor so quirky and fun! The brownies are delicious and a big thumbs up for the halloumi and roasted veg sandwich - a veggies dream come true!

First visit to The Sunshine Bakery for their Afternoon Tea, it was AMAZING! Beautiful setting in the back garden with bunting, flowers & vintage crockery. The most delicious sandwiches, scones, cakes and brownies, all very generously sized portions too! Lovely tea and coffee and great to be able to bring our own prosecco! Came this afternoon for the first time with my sister Who is over from Northern Ireland, and we LOVED it! The sandwiches are amazing! The staff are just so lovely and helpful we have now agreed this will be a ritual every time my sister is here! We bought a brownie to take home too and they look beautiful! Thanks so much for being so lovely! Will also be recommending my clients to come here! (I work at emerald hair salon just down the road!) xx

Brilliant cafe - wonderful cakes, salads, soups etc although we always end up having the Moroccan Sea Bass sandwich because it is out of this world! Becky and her team are all lovely, and the courtyard garden a great place to sit out when the seasons allow.

Becky is incredibly talented and couldnвАЩt say enough of how wonderful her cakes and goodies are. She made a two tiered strawberry topped cake along with brownies and cupcakes for my husbandвАЩs 50th Birthday- it was absolutely Devine!! I had so many guests say it was the best theyвАЩve had пњљ. Also, when we came to pick up we had one of her sandwiches- all I have to say is DELICIOUS!!!! Thank you Sunshine Bakery!!!

Afternoon tea was a delightful experience earlier this week. My friend and I were able to sit in the gorgeous secret garden at the rear while devouring a feast of sandwiches, scones and cakes, including the best chocolate brownies I have ever tasted. Very friendly staff - Melissa and Becky, the owner. Highly recommended

A very big thank you to the girls at sunshine bakery who hosted our friends surprise baby shower. We had it in the secret garden, and despite the rain we still all had a lovely time.. the food was gorgeous.. I can't stop eating the mint Oreo brownie.. all the staff have been really helpful all day.. thanks for making today such a lovely day xx

A group of 6 went here yesterday for afternoon tea wow amazing the food was to die for. We had a selection of tasty sandwiches on homemade bread, cheese scones the best I have ever had, super food salad, sausage roll and amazing scones with cream and jam which were huge all topped off with unlimited tea and coffee and loads of cakes. The cakes were the best we have ever tasted and the lady who owns this place has such a talent xx already going back and will continue too it's a must and a gem to have on my doorstep a zillion out of ten xx thank you s b your all great and made our day X

probably one of the cutest places I've ever been to but not very clean, I really wanted to enjoy my food and milkshake but the cup was dirty and so were the table and chairs.
