Thank you so, so much to everyone who has had celebration cakes, cupcakes etc from me during 2018. This has been my first year as a small business and I have been overwhelmed with the amount of orders I have had. I can't thank you all enough for your support. I've met some lovely people along this journey and even had several returning customers, I feel very blessed. Your feedback and reviews have been so lovely and again, overwhelming for me. What started out as a 'little something to do' has turned my world crazy and again, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I really do appreciate it!!!

3rd and final cake of this week and this year has just been collected.
Traditional victoria sponge filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, coated with milk chocolate ganache then covered in fondant. Simply and delicately decorated with hand made flowers.
Sorry about the poor quality of the pictures, we're having a few lighting issues at home at the moment - they keep tripping!!!

2nd cake of this week is 2 layers of vanilla sponge and 1 layer of chocolate sponge filled with orange flavoured buttercream. Coated with milk chocolate ganache then covered in fondant, finished off with a bit of airbrushing to give it a realistic look.

The bag has a label with a Christmas eve rhyme, inside the bag is a large home made all butter shortbread Rudolph biscuit, a Rudolph Hot Chocolate Cone with enough for 2 servings and a packet of magic Reindeer Food. It's been a hectic 2 weeks and I've loved every minute of making these personalised celebration cakes and decorating several Christmas cakes. Still a few more Christmas cakes to do over the next couple of weeks as well as chocolate logs and Christmas eve bags. Busy, busy, busy!!! 🎅❤️🎅❤️🎅❤️🎅

Final cake of this week has now been collected. Inside this ombre cake, the cake sponges are 3 different shades of pink ranging from dark pink to light pink and filled with strawberry flavoured pink buttercream. The outer is covered with strawberry flavoured buttercream and red drips then decorated with lots of sweets.

All tiers are traditional victoria sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. The flowers are real and we're supplied by the florist.

Highly recommended! The attention to detail and quality of the buns I ordered was excellent. The sponge was lovely and fluffy not dry and crumbly it was spot on. The frosting was smooth and tasty (no buttery taste or gritty icing sugar) it was perfect. The style was exactly what I asked for and the colours perfect. Will definitely be returning thank you so much everyone liked them.
