Bare Brass Band are performing at Ticket Office Bar as part of Ilkley Jazz Festival on Sat 18th from 5.30pm. Being fully acoustic they can create quite an atmosphere!!
Checkout their version of 'Uptown Funk'.....

So excited to welcome our friends from The Ilkley Brewery tomorrow evening from 6.30pm to educate us on their can range which we stock & also our very own 'Ticket Office Blonde' which they produce for us.
As well as it being very interesting there will also be some FREE BEER samples for you. Thought that might reel you in!

We Went for a midweek lunch, it was lovely sat outside in the sunshine, the food was excellent, very tasty and all fresh. Friendly staff, shall definitely go again, well worth a visit.

Totally love this place, makes for a great bar and now serving food even better. Great atmosphere sat outside with a live band this afternoon and even better with no children hanging around.



It’s nice to be able to have a sociable drink without teenagers everywhere in ilkley. Fantastic idea and great staff with such great customer service �

There’s been some serious movement in Ilkley with new bars/restaurants opening. For me The ticket office has blown everything else out of the water. From the atmosphere and decor, to the quality and high class standard of beers, spirits, wines and cocktails. But anything in hospitality cannot function without staff. Lawrence the GM and his team are worth their weight in gold. All so welcoming, expertly trained and unbelievably knowledgeable. Love it! Happy new year Ticket Office!!

The food is amazing, the place is very nice and calm. The staff are very good and very friendly, the food price is very good and reasonable

The Ambiance is second to none. The music was at just the right volume to create a buzzing atmosphere without having to shout in order to hear each other. The cocktails were perfectly executed and the food was delicious. Super welcoming and knowledgeable staff as well! We’ll be back!!

Our first visit yesterday sat out in the sunshine it would have been good if the entertainment could have been outside as it was too nice to sit inside. Service was good, next time we will have to try one of the sharing platters they looked amazing. We will definitely be back.

I decided to treat my wife and daughter to lunch and prosecco in the sun yesterday .

Lawrence and all the staff including the chefs could not be more accommodating, nothing was to much trouble to them 5* service, 5* food in a 5* venue .

Go and experience it !

Had a fantastic afternoon celebrating my birthday!.. staff are amazing, cocktails are to die for and the decor and atmosphere are superb!.. thanks guys!.. will be back very soon! :-)

Had a brilliant cocktail masterclass last night with Ian, who taught us a lot about the history of gin and the importance of garnishes, We had three very different gins served in beautiful crystal goblets, and had fabulous food on the sharing boards, including oysters which were divine. The place has a really good ambience and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. It was a great evening so we definitely return.

Great place to eat and drink ! Food was lovely and the service was exceptional, really can’t fault the place. Gorgeous cocktails !! Definitely recommend.

Gorgeous bar! Brilliant service with friendly staff! They really know how to make a fab cocktail! Great cocktail menu and it's really good to see a move away from standard cocktails offered- the Rhubarb Triangle and Lemon Cheesecake are personal favourites really great flavours! But I can't not give a little shout out to the Espresso Martini! Will definitely be making it a regular haunt, couldn't recommend it more!

For the Ilkley Chat Christmas outing we visited the Ticket Office Bar late December for a few festive drinks. The transformation inside is amazing, the staff very friendly & attentive and there's a great range of drinks – make sure you check out the cocktails! I can see the outside area being very popular during the warmer months.

Been here for cocktails & wine in the past, the food was a great bonus tonight, belly pork was a particular favourite! It’s one of my favourite places to go in ilkley now! Great team of staff xx

Absolutely love this place. Relaxed vibe, amazing drinks and now with a stunning food menu. Great to have a haven somewhere special to visit without the kids!

Maybe explain to the bar staff if you remove someone’s drink from the table and they ask you why, that you acknowledge and maybe an apology. Certainly don’t say well I won’t charge you for the replacement.

And if someone spills a drink and you rush to clean it up, don’t charge around like a bull in a china shop knocking people out the way without a second thought.

I tried to visit, just wanted a coffee, would have sat outside, but would not serve me because I had my 6 months old grandson in his pram. It was so busy the bar and the front seating were completely empty!

Taking their rules too far.

We couldn’t wait to visit the ticket office for a drink yesterday. Sadly we were stopped at the door as we had a baby in a pram. I understand the over 21 policy but come on? So to all parents with babies give this one a miss and go to Friends of Ham where they are baby friendly.

Terrible experience. Arrived with a party of 10 (ish) asked for a Jaegermeister when I first got to the bar, the bar man broke down in a fit of laughter, called another member of staff over (who ended up being the manager) to laugh at me too, then to say “Sorry! I think you’re in the wrong bar!” Straight away felt anxious, embarrassed and uncomfortable. Bar man (accidentally) threw a bottle cap at my friends face... NO APOLOGY! When I asked to speak to the manager, I was faced with one of the initial men who were laughing and spoken to AGAIN like crap and told it was bar staff banter! I’ve worked in my families bars and restaurants for years, NEVER have I performed like this. Totally bizarre behaviour. Thankfully, our night was saved by a wonderful, polite and fun experience at Banyan and the Gin Lounge which I WOULD recommend.
