What Is TKDFIT?
TKDFIT is a Results Based Body Transformation and Fitness System.
Unlike most other “Fitness Classes” We Use Small Group Personal Training Sessions so we are able to give you semi 1-1 personalised training to give you maximum results and benefits no matter what your fitness level or abilities.
The TKDFIT system uses a mix of Circuits, interval training and martial art fitness techniques to Torch Fat, build full body fitness, flexibility and muscle tone and development.
With TKDFIT you don’t just get an hours session and then not hear anything from us until the next one.
We offer full accountability and support 24 /7 making sure you get the push you need, the help you need to maximise your results.

Truly a course for anybody that wants to make getting fitter fun. None of the "clucky in crowd" just a passionate instructor that gets the most out of you with an awesome crowd that all cheer you on. Personally, I've been away from the gym for 20 years and within 3 months I've lost 2 stone without dieting and with surprising ease, more importantly I've loved every second and Mark tailors the workout to what you want. Really wish I'd started sooner as I feel more alive every session.6*
Throughly enjoyed my sessions at TKD FIT! Friendly and knowledgeable trainer. This class is so enjoyable with its taekwando based excersises, and very self rewarding! Highly recommend to those who want to try something completely different!
This is a great class, really gets you nice and sweaty and the people are all lovely group who attend. Would highly recommend this class.
Iv been going to a local gym for a few year now and ended up doing the same old routine.Since September I started regular classes with TKD FIT and I love it. It’s a great workout with a difference of using pads for kicks and punches combined with a circuit training theme . There’s always a great set of people turn up and Mark the Instructor sets out a great session every week and is very knowledgable at what he does. I would definitely recommend TKD FIT, even if your not sure just come along and give it a go�
I really enjoyed this class. Variety of exercises; circuits, strength, cardio and martial arts. Set my Fitbit for the class and 447 calories burned! Friendly people there and you can go at your own pace. Definitely recommend it.
I have had a 1-1 session with Mark and my first class this week and I have loved both! Every body part gets a work out in these sessions and you don't get bored. The sessions have a great mixture of cardio, abs and body strength exercises. The pad work is a great addition to these exercise sessions, they really give you a great work out and you can feel the hard work you have put in afterwards straight away. If you have never tried punch/kicks pad work before this is the class to come to, everyone is really friendly and you get a laugh plus a great work out in one. I highly recommend the 6 week challenge, I will certainly be continuing with it after my first challenge is over!
I been training with mark now for a few weeks his knowledge of training technique is brilliant. The training session are hard but fun and learning more all the time would highly recommend them .And the group of people I am training with are great fun and nice guys thanks

Great session tonight! Very fun and enjoyable but still challenging. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn self defence techniques and keep fit!
Great class. Friendly and welcoming suitable for beginners and advanced, so no need to worry if you've never thrown a punch or kick. Nice circuit inbetween too.

Absolutely loved joining this class and six week challenge !!! The classes are really mixed with circuits and bag/pad work. Each class I burn 500/600 calories due to the high intensity and constant pace!
With the six week course there’s a 1:2:1 incorporated and DAM bloody intense and hard but at the same time specific to me and what I want to do!
Apart from the classes being varied and hard they are absolutely FUN and ENJOYABLE I come away loving the work out and the group ! Marks a canny instructor tooo .... �����
