This is fantastic for shopping a great atmosphere and great shops. I want to say a massive THANK YOU for allowing us to promote our community Society, Normanton Musical Theatre Society and annual Pantomime Mother Goose. Most of what we do is voluntary. To help us to continue put on live shows, we need donations and promotion, so again a BIG thank you and also a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the customers.

Take my hat off to the security team who have to deal with constant trouble and always do it with a smile. The team today especially after car park problems handled it perfectly. Well done for keeping us safe. The lady security guard handled been yelled at very professionally. Well done guys!!! ������

My daughter lost her Pandora bracelet earlier today in Trinity Walk (outside River Island) and we didn't realize till we got home. I rang up and spoke to a very lovely lady called Jane in the management suite who told us it had been handed in and we were able to go and pick it up. We are so grateful to the lovely couple (don't know who they are as no name was left) who handed it in to security , and to Jane who reunited us with the bracelet . We went straight to the Pandora shop to get the clasp fixed, and the bracelet was exchanged there and then by another lovely lady who advised us to get a safety catch... which we did ! You have made a teenage girl and her mum very happy today � thankyou all so much x

Love having a good shop about this place I will definitely be shopping here again �



I would also like to take the time to thank the 2 security men last night when I was having bad contraction pains they helped me go into the back of jd sports and made sure I was okay and comfy and contacted for ambulance if it wasn’t for them I’d of probably been still been in pain and unaware I was in slow labour I think they should get recognition for their work and are a credit to the security team �

It’s nice but think wakefield as fallen and needs help, when you have an MP that hates wakefield it’s a no win , but trinity walk is nice and clean

I want to leave feedback for Chloe who works on the beauty bar for benefit cosmetics in Debenhams. Lovely, bubble girl who did a fantastic job sorting out my eyebrows (which another beautician messed up). 10/10 for service!

Had an absolutely brilliant time at the lights switch on tonight, seeing santa, had my face painted and glittered, the atomosphere was amazing and andy day from cbeebies did an amazing performance not to mention the hysterical widow twinky and wishy washy from the theatre, my 2 year old brother loved it most whilst rocking his spiderman face paint and dinosaur balloon model! Overall fantastic night, hopefully you can top it next year�

My Husband and I would like to thank the security team, specially those who were working yesterday afternoon for assisting and kindly supporting us through a such harandous experience of locking my 14 months daughter in the car, along the keys, This was the longest hour in my life I had to wait for AA road assistant to arrive. Despite all what was happening at the time, the security staff specially Glenn who gone above and beyond any known customer service standards, to make us comfortable and less stress providing us with a lot of support and reassurance, he even ordered for some umbrellas to protect us from the rain. The staff kindness was a heart warming , absolutely there isn't enough worlds to thank all the people who helped us yesterday.

Debenhams has to be my favourite shop on trinity walk. Their bra fitting service is amazing and staff were great! Very happy returning customer �

I looked up times it was open till it said 8 pm but most of shops closed at 5.30 or 7 a bit disappointed I didn't have time to find what I was looking for

Anyone heard a good busker in there ?

If anyone is thinking of using the car wash on the lower level car park, i wouldnt bother! On numerous times i've seen them thrashing the cars round the car park. Wheelspins, hitting the rev limiter, all while the 'customer' is unaware believing it is in safe hands.

I like shopping here but the charity workers/ chuggers are a constant nuisance! I was walking along tonight and two Save the Children charity workers walked directly into my path and stood in front of me, blocking me from walking whilst pestering me for donations. They wouldn`t move out of my way after I politely declined. I had to turn and walk away, as I did they swore and muttered to each other about me being tight fisted. Completely unprofessional behaviour which spoils the shopping experience at Trinity Walk

I believe Jane the lady in the management suit was having a bad day, very rude and spoke to me like I was a child

Currently sat in trinity walk car park and cannot get out ive lost my ticket on the way to the car and they want me to pay 12pounds, I've payed my car park fee!! Yet 2 cars at the side of me have had dodgy tickets and they've lifted the barriers for them!! Never again will I be using trinity walk!! Just waiting for the police now as they have called them! Customer service at its lowest!
