Very friendly staff & very knowledgeable on the gym equipment which is important. Highly recommend this gym as the fees are very competitive its clean and so are the shower facilities unlike other gyms so no complaints from me.

Me and my friend were bit apprehensive to change gyms,Hav to say we hav bn more than welcomed. Good job brad great atmosphere x

Just want to say a massive thankyou Brad, not many gyms like kids and encourage them goin but you've given them a chance to have an interest after school thats good for them...never in my life did i think Lewis would join a gym but hes lovin it and the difference in how he looks is ’┐Į

Great place to get fit, tone up and lose weight. Brad is fantastic and will support you on your journey ’┐Į to reach your own targets and goals.

Great atmosphere , lots of equipment , always a helping hand if you need it and advice..’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į highly recommend it ’┐Į

Excellent gym really friendly and well equipped and as for the people that go there it's like a family group and really puts you at ease but also makes you work as hard as you should do. Top marks.

Brad was very helpful in showing which workouts would benefit me. Pleasant atmosphere so I didn't feel embarrassed on my first day. Would highly recommend.
