History
Hi my name is David i decided to qualify as a level 3pt instructor after training and competing in many sporting activities throughout my life. I have gathered a large knowledge of different training methods throughout this time and have devised a training format to work with my clients.

My ethos to training is: - Fitness for Life! ! !
Today in a world where image is at times so much more important than anything else I have decided to focus on the fitness for life ethos! Where gaining a good healthy fitness level is predominetly the target! The by product of this is a good body shape but most of all working towards a healthier lifestyle.
I'm not a great believer in fad diets and look to structure sustainable healthy options which are all geared to the long term healthier lifestyle ! "Fitness for life"
I structure workout routines with each client making them interesting , hard! ! But fun . I'm a believer in changing routines at regular intervals to hit the body so we get better gains! And keep everyone interested.

The facility

At Unity Fit , I offer a totally one to one gym experience in a private gym facility. There is no distractions or interruptions in your training sessions and most of all you can feel relaxed in the knowledge that I will be totally focused in your pt routine helping move you forward in achieving your goals.
