It’s solidly cohesive with a rebellious lo-fi twist to cool sixties American pop. Singles ‘Whites Of Their Eyes’, ‘Baby Brother’ and ‘Count Your Blessings’ definitely wouldn’t be out of place in a Tarantino fight scene.

Terrific, great range. Deliveries to Sydney Australia have been awesome, fast and well packed. The addition of stock lists of the artists ordered is a nice touch.

Spent many a happy afternoon finding gems in this place. If you love vinyl, it's well worth a visit.

Recently moved to the area and this really is one of the best shops in Huddersfield. Knowledgeable and friendly (but not over-imposing staff) who will go out of their way to look for items that aren't on the main floor. Lots of good bargains as well and a vast range of genres covered and catered for.

One of my favorite joints, always get my records from here and great for free gigs too and checking out the underground scene.

Ok just switched back to vinyl after years and years of MP3 and CD. I have just received my first order of vinyl's from Vinyl Tap Records and all I can say is that I am very pleased with the items I have received. Every one as stated on the website in excellent condition, and with plastic sleeve to protect covers. Good prices too for some of my favourite 80's albums. Best of all the postage is the same for 1 as it is for more. Excellent service so I will be using Vinyl Tap Records in the very near future.

Nicely organised and managed #RSD17 this year. Great shop in Huddersfield with heaps of fab stuff, new and used. I'd really recommend it for a mooch around if you're in town.

The staff are great and have got me a few records ordered in. Brilliant selection. I could Spend hours in there just browsing the huge collection. Well done to all involved in the running of this Huddersfield gem. We will be regulars :-)

I've been coming here for years way back when it was the wall of sound , it's better now then ever , friendly staff who unlike some so called trendy high street music shop staff , these guys actually know what they're talking about !! I've never bought a damaged record from here and there's something for everyone ! Also they is a large CD section for you young uns who have no idea what we're talking about lol !!!!!!

I went to pick up a pre selected order yesterday and bought a few other albums aswell. Played them all today and they were fantastic. All in mint condition.

Great place to look for vinyl as the choice is immense. New, old and rare.

Great!! My girlfriend surprised me with a lovely Emerson lake and Palmer item from Germany recently from here. Excellent condition!!!! And he even put a list of Emerson related items he has in stock too. Great idea!!!

A real find yesterday on my visit to Huddersfield. Could have spent the whole of the day trawling through the best stocks of vinyl.

Returned home with a great selection of music. The guy who served me in the basement was very pleasant.

A treasure trove in the basement, worth a couple of hours of your time to flip through the bargain bins. Upstairs is on the upper end of standard pricing but good quality vinyl.

Just received my first ever order from Vinyl Tap, The Sisters Of Mercy, Vision Thing LP. I was a little disappointed by how dirty it came, that it was so muffled the sound was really faint.. After a good clean it was okay, but defiantly not VG+ okay, more VG..The sleeve was also graded VG+, but has a residue on the surface and looks patchy, like it's had something spilt on it or has been previously very damp..Apart form that it was fine, with quick delivery.
