Work through midweek slump with this great little workout.

So the anger that’s fuelled me this week has been replaced with muscles that feel like lead..but I sucked it up and went to my spin class..being fit is more about being courageous and less about how much you can lift or how fast you can run. If you can push yourself to try harder, something new or just to go that class you booked when you feel broken your winning. Feel proud give yourself a high five and go smash another class..

Need a energy boost, this is my fav at the moment it’s low in sugar and high in protein..a great post work out snack 💪🐷

So far this week I’ve mostly been fuelled by anger..💪💪💪

Don’t make excuses, don’t say you can’t because you have no time, the weathers to cold too hot etc etc.. just do it..have a go if you struggle and find it hard keep trying keep pushing, make time it’s amazing what you can do in 20minutes, if the weathers bad workout at home.. Don’t make excuses make changes!!

Some times we don’t give ourselves enough credit. The human body is an amazing thing and looked after will keep us healthy and living and longer life...so everytime you think you can’t and ever time it hurts just find the little bit of something and push through it...remember pain is temporary quitting it forever!! Happy exercising 💪💪💪

Oh the little things...when a client tells you that they can’t run but on the second and third training session spontaneously begins to run!! without any prompting from me and not just a jog but a full on run 🏃‍♀️👍🏻💪

I scream (ask any of my spin friends) I shout (again ask any of my spin friends) and sometimes I swear..but I never give up even when I feel I can’t go on anymore I push one last time and see the session through - never ever give up!!

Monday = leg day for me and normal means I feel pretty broken for a few days..spin this morning and some squats and deadlifts this afternoon- never miss a Monday and never ever miss a leg day!!

So my Saturday morning is watching my daughter compete and smash out PB’s in swimming.. Exercise comes in all forms, find what suits you...that could be running, weight training, swimming..work hard and improve everyday..

Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.
Try one thing everyday that’s new - maybe it’s outside your comfort zone, maybe your scared of a certain exercise or class..but you’ll never know how amazing it may make you feel after you have finished if you don’t try. Don’t worry about perfection no ones perfect, don’t worry about keeping up with others if it’s a class, work at your own pace and don’t give up!!
