Virual College is an absolutely perfect way to learn and in my opinion is the best.



They have many courses, at the time you look and within a few months or more they have a lot more.



All the staff are sincerely polite, helpful caring and really encourage you to take your time with the learning and as I have asked you can print the information off and then you can keep it for future reference.



If you then see a course that you wish to do and you have already done courses, you purchase the course, click the link to the course and click start and DO Not go any further.

logout of the course you have purchased.



In your inbox you will see a Worldpay Receipt, with this just forward it to them in the email as them to add it to your existing account and they will.



The courses I have done are great and Interactive so you can see it on screen and it will tell you a lot of information on that page.



Doing the courses with them has made me more proud of myself, more assertive, confident and made me feel like the world is my oyster and I have achieved a lot through all the staff.



There is even a chat feature as you are looking at the courses and all you need to do is 1 Give Your Name 2 Give your email address 3 Give them your question.



At the end they will ask you to filll in a very short feedback survey to help then PLEASE FILL THIS IN . It is not mandatory, but will help them and the quality of the service to improve (not as if it needs it in realistic terms)





If you are not sattisfied with what course you are doing, there must be something drastically wrong as they are brilliant and I would recommend

them to anyone. Knowledge goes a long way and it is better than playing social media all day.

The web-site does not seem to work properly, had many issues moving from one page to the next and kept having to contact you customer services which became extremely frustrating and spent a lot longer on course than I should have.

Others in my office having similar issues.

On the 8th of May I’d done the introduction of the GDPR Course and date send me a self reflective account which is apparently CPD approved but I’ve contacted the GDC which is the governing body of the dental professionals and they told me that this is not approvable which I already knew. and they need to have certification with my name date course and how many hours CPD so on that day I contacted virtual college via email and guess what I’ve got no response whatsoever given the call and was received quite rude people on the other end of the phone and so I put phone down because I’m not prepared to be to be spoken to like an idiot so on Friday I’d emailed again requested the information that I needed and the certification with no response and emailed and called this morning with no response and received quite rude staff talking to me and they put the phone down within a couple of seconds of my phone calls so in the email I sent this morning and also the last couple of times explained that what I needed needed a certificate with the course details etc etc. So virtual college will be receiving a written complaint in the post which has been written and sent this morning and I will be expecting a response in the date allocated in my letter for a first time customer virtual college has let me down and I would not recommend none whatsoever. I would like a response to this review also as you have virtually no customer service. If no reply to the written complaint it will be going higher.
