Viva Sister Stoker Description
Originally from Australia, but hunkered down in West Yorkshire for the best part of our lives, we are two sisters who are lucky enough to also be best friends…and now also business partners!
So how did Viva Sister Stoker begin?
The beginning, began (so to speak) after Carrie‚Äôs daughter, Rosa, made an appearance in 2016. Both Carrie and her husband found that there was a gap in the market for useful parenting items and gifts that not only had character ‚Äď but that were also affordable!
So, armed with a small sewing machine, Carrie went on to find time on an evening to start sewing and pulling together ideas and designs, ideal to help parents whilst being filled with quality and uniqueness.
Rosie, who is not only a proud Auntie, but has a history of art and photography also channelled her love of David Bowie and began making brooches and incorporating her illustration and design into custom baby clothes and bags, for those who have a love of cats, Beatles and Bowie (although with an ever growing repertoire).
Pulling together Rosie's creative and Carrie's practical resources, we bit the bullet and set up our Etsy page, naming it loosely after our silly mantra that we had growing up; "Viva La Stoker Charm".
Thus; Viva Sister Stoker was born!
We truly believe that everyone deserves to have the special things in life and we aim to have that on offer, without the massive price tag.
Our items vary from the Baby Essentials bags, perfect for a baby shower gift, to a touch of sparkle with our glitter brooches. We offer a variety of styles, designs and patterns, and, because we know that everyone is different ‚Äď we would love to see if we can put together a custom order with you.
Gift wrapping is included and we can put in a hand stamped message for that special someone, all at no extra cost.
We hope that you enjoy our journey, as much as we are loving being on it.

Our incredible friend Stacey and her family were taking part in memory of their Mum, Mandy.
We're so proud of the Galvins who have overcome so much over this past year, and loved every minute of the uplifting and fun day.

We did it. Carrie did an amazing 5k walk at 7 months pregnant, and Rosie did the 10k and 5k runs (and the last 2k with Carrie and the kids).
