Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:
Went to watch infinity war was amazing.... go see it people you won't be disappointed. The price drop is the best thing they ever done there I've never seen it so busy. But they definitely need a ticket only till..... there is nothing worse then waiting to buy tickets only to have everyone in front of you buying food and drinks takes 10 minutes + to buy just 2 tickets so this needs looking into.
We had a great family afternoon at this cinema. All the facilities were clean and good quality. All the staff members we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful. And best of all it is great value for money. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
Our experience has always been great and this cinema is very convenient for us. The low prices were a pleasant surprise when we booked the tickets. Definitely be going more often if the prices remain low so we can go as a family again.
Love our Mondayās membership. Since I got kids itās not costly and afordable. Thereās a lovely las that works there with very long hair and she always smiling and lovely in Halifax one. There was enough staff opening the cash when people where queing. Pop corn isnāt tasting fresh thats only my complain.
I would go see mama mia here we go again again !! It's a brilliant film and the price wasn't too bad either . But I just payed for the drinks which I thought was a little bit expensive but on the whole it's a great film oh and it was comfy chairs too .
Apart from food prices its great reduce them then its better for single parents an people on low income.
Absolutely excellent service from all members of staff this morning when I attempted a viewing with my 2 year old for the 1st time. Can't thank them enough for making it as easy as possible and making sure they were accommodating for not just us but the other viewers too. Will definitely be choosing this cinema for all trips going forward (probably minus the 2 year old, they will be happy to hear).
buying food and tickets need to be changed.seperate it becouse some people once get there tickets then take time to get food plus side is cheaper prices great for everyone will be going again.
Very happy with the cinema but agree with others about the entrance ticket being in with the food and drink and this causes a backlog and would be better if the tickets for the film was separate and away from the food and drink counter. Also couldn't book online as the system crashed every time
Great value for money now itās only Ā£4.99 pp I donāt like that if you book on line you have to pay a booking fee person as Iām doing the work not them. You are better off booking online as the queue are so slow you may miss the beginning of your film if you donāt get there at least 30 minutes before the film starts
Agree with previous comments with regards to tickets only tills. Also I have a hearing problem, but not at the Vue, even the profoundly deaf would hear, surely it contravenes health and safety standards, please reduced the volume, especially on the ads.
the pricing for tickets was great compared to odeon in hudds but well over priced for food and drinks etc ...otherwise I will go again but wont be getting food would rather wait till after movie then go to a restaurant outside for a better deal financially
same as what other folk say .... needs a ticket only till, not fun being stuck behind a family of 5 with the kids all trying to decide what sweets their parents need to re- mortgage for.
The sound and visual effects are fantastic. However the whole experience is let down by the slow service and wait at the counter to be served.
I went yesterday afternoon to see HEREDITORY 3pm and we were in room 7 .. there were only four of us there but the film was spoilt by a constant creeking which sounded to ne coming from the door at the front left of the screen a front there going om mot sure Where
I like watching all the movies but peopleās bring they kids than they mum or dad play on they mobile phones went it starts went other peopleās watch it it not fair for us all and you need more staff
Highly in need of a ticket only / food only queue. Very annoying when people in front are wanting food but don't even know what they're wanting to eat. Pointless buying tickets online too if still have to go in the same queue to get some popcorn
We waited about 15 minutes to be served, the system there needs looking at, customers in front of us wanted hot drinks/ice cream so the staff member Tom them to the part on the floor where they could be served, we didnāt know if she was coming back to us to serve us or if she would get stuck serving on that department, meanwhile customers who had just walked in were served by new staff members coming on to the tills to help with the crowd of customers that had arrived. Really badly organised, staff member who did eventually come back to the till we were waiting at didnāt even apologise for the wait - staff members coming on to new tills should serve customers who are already waiting not new customers
Planned to see a film at 22:25, advertised on cue website. Arrived, paid for parking only to be told they had cancelled it. Wants the point in cinema times if you just cancel them....
