Visited wagamamas at Leeds Trinity today. Was served by a waiter called Reuben. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by him. He was helpful with menu choices, great recommendations, polite and very professional. He definitely made our lunch out feel special. 10/10 for Reuben! The best waiter we’ve had in ages.

Top food, clean and tidy, 2 min wait fo4 a table and great service

Me and the pregnant wife came to Wagamamas it was good and I think the kiddo liked it too the spicy food must have woken it up and it was kicking for hours.

The staff was friendly and the food was bob on I will most likely return! Thanks guys

First time there and can't really fault it from my experience. Food was great we got ramen bowls which were quite big actually and a side of ribs which were tasty and came clean off the bone also the repair juice was lovely.

First time going in was great friendly, didn't wait too long for food even tho it was kinda busy. The food tasted great, great portion size with out feeling like I eat a train

Enormous thank you to Wagamama Leeds. I am breastfeeding a very allergic toddler. My lift of safe foods is considerably shorter than my list of problem foods. I never eat out because it’s pretty much impossible. However, the waiter was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I managed to eat a lovely, safe, delicious meal that my little one didn’t react to. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Doesn't really matter if it's the Trinity one or elsewhere the food in Wagamama is always first class, never had a bad meal at anytime

Always a pleasure as the staff are always very friendly and recommended the dish that is hot at the time. I even have my own table where they remember I like. It's the small things that count, I must say the food is sometimes hit and miss always followed by the white choc n ginger cheesecake ��

It was okay, our daughters meal arrives a good 10 minutes after ours and our two servings of raw salad had no dressing on it! Otherwise fine. Waitor so apologetic, took the late meal and the drinks off our final bill as compensation

I adore wagamama, the food, the unlimited green tea ITS TRULY amazing!!! However on my last visit (Thursday) the customer service nearly made me cry.

My friend and I both suffer from eating disorders and we managed to eat about half of our meals (a massive achievement). However when the waitress arrived she pointed out we hadn't finished our meals and maybe we should of eaten less for lunch...

Would you tell an obese person to eat less? No

So why is it ok to thin shame?

Table of 6 people, waiting time wasn't too bad but by the time the last person received their meal the first one was finished so timing all in all not the best. Food tasted great at the time, it's a shame we were all ill with upset stomachs shortly after!!

It was OKish. We got in and got sat down straight away, someone then came over asked us if we were ready to order drinks and food! Baring in mind we had only just sat down.

Our food came over and it seemed like all 3 dishes were lacking meat. I had chicken donburi which didn't have much chicken or sauce on. My partner had the tonkatsu (I think) with 3 tiny bits of pork belly and duck wraps which definitely didn't have enough duck for 4 wraps! Overall felt rushed and food lacked what we normally get from our local wagas which is disappointing :(

Have been going to wagamamas for years mainly in central London & usually really enjoy the food. However service with a smile was lacking from the start.. our waiter looked like he had just got out of bed & had a can't be bothered attitude. The food was OK but noticeably bland compared to how it should be. My friend questioned whether there was any peanuts on her dish as they couldn't be seen at all only to be to pointed out by another waitress the smallest piece of peanut I've ever seen in my life..what should of happened next was an offer to add some more but this never happened, would of been a nice touch to acknowledge the lack of ingredient! I'm sure they could afford it�Not the usual good experience unfortunately & the toilets were terrible..two out of order & no toilet roll in the other two. Customer service skills needed in this branch & the Cook needs to be briefed.

We have been going very regularly for a few years but getting worse each time. Staff take ages. Forget things bring you wrong bill add extra on bill you haven't had😮😮Being vegetarian it's driven us nuts as keep removing stuff off the menu and just add an odd dish. Even though they say have vegan veggie menu. No different to normal menu just on one sheet !! The chefs capabilities vary greatly from great to bloody awful. No consistency. Have to say as regulate eaters it's going down hill. Which is a shame as loved it but the last few times it's been poor at best. Saturday night was dreadful n Trinity Leeds. I had two pieces of tofu in mine just 2 !! and husband was supposed to have omelette in his. A tiny bit of egg mixed in. We couldn't be bothered to complain as couldn't get the attention on any staff as too busy yapping to each other comparing their tattoos. Decided time to make a change. They have lost good customers . But probably based on what we saw don't care less !

The food was fine, till a few hours later and the extremely obvious food poisoning hit me like a truck �. Shame as we were definitely going to eat here again.

Avoid any kind of prawns or chicken here (unfortunately I had both)

I love the food but the company cannot even be bothered to pay their staff the national minimum wage. Absolute disgrace.
