I went to the harry potter launch party last night. I've never done anything like that before, but it was amazing! Staff were great and very accommodating.

I was there with my daughter for Oli White's book signing, we had a private meet and greet but everything was very well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wanna thank all the staff at bluewater waterstones 4 the fantasic advent they did with jeson button every1 was so nice and friendly and the staff did everything possable 4 the fans THANK YOU TEAM xx
